Pros:

Water in de douche werd goed warm. Airco werd goed koud. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mochten zelf kiezen of we een kamer op de begane grond wilden of de eerste verdieping. Ruime kamer met ruimte om spulletjes neer te leggen. Gratis flesjes water werden na de eerste nacht aangevuld.

Wij waren geschrokken van de meest recente recensies (zou vies zijn etc). Hierdoor waren wij blij verrast toen we de kamer inkwamen en alles er gewoon schoon uit zag.

Cons:

In de nacht was er sprake van veel geluidsoverlast bij de receptie (wij sliepen daar naast). Bedden waren vrij hard, kon de draden er doorheen voelen lopen. Water in het doucheputje kwam omhoog als je de kraan van de wastafel aandeed. Ontbijttijden werden niet gemeld bij check-in. Busje van de gratis shuttle service was kapot, waardoor een taxi gebeld moest worden voor 150.000rp.

Staff were friendly and tried very hard to help and location is great for sunsets
Pros:

The hot shower with good pressure. Spacious room. That the hotel provided free breakfast of nasi goreng or toasted sandwich and other meals you had to pay for if needed. The staff were friendly and courteous and are trying to learn English. Just use Google Translate. A short walk to the beach for great sunsets. The Warung at the start of the street to the hotel is great and cheap!

Cons:

Directions to the hotel / fix the address on booking.com. That the hotel was 5km from the city but hiring a scooter or getting a grab bike at 20000 rph resolved that.

Run down dump that should not be listed. Booking,com needs to qualify properties better.

Hot shower & working ac are the ONLY positives

Cons:

PASS ON THIS HOTEL. Old building, looks terrible, walls cracked, trash all around outside, tv doesn’t work, beds hard, 4AM mosque blaring, bad food, no security, horrible rocky dirt road, far from town, terrible neighborhood. Photos deceiving in listing, makes it look much better. Reality is a shock on arrival.

Cuando decidí cambiar de hotel por otro

Cons:

La ubicación es falsa, están lejísimos del centro, en Google maps sale la real.
Había pestañas postizas en el baño de la anterior inquilina…
Tenía reservadas dos noches, no me devolvieron ni un solo céntimo de la segunda, pese a que la tuvieron libre y el checkout hecho.

Ok for one night, before doing a Komodo Boat Trip.

A few minutes outside of Labuan Bajo City Center by car. Not many restaurants nearby.

Its a good hostel if you have a scooter; the room is big, all the facilities are acceptable. Its a good pption if you have a scooter and no money.

Cons:

The location that appears in the app is wrong. Its on the other side. This is very very important.
