Un bon séjour
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre, la vue sur le rooftop et le restaurant.

Cons:

Un peu de vétusté, trop de chlore dans la piscine.

De locatie van het hotel was prima, de kamer had een upgrade gehad dus nieuwe bedsen, heerlijk geslapen.

Cons:

Het hotel is echt vergane glorie en ook smoezelig met een heel slecht ontbijt als je niet aziatisch wenst te eten. Fruit, yoghurt, melk etc is warm doordat het te lang uit de koeling ligt en toast duurt heeeel lang.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and very friendly helpful staff

It’s beautifully presented. Every area is spotlessly clean. The room was large and very comfortable with everything you need. The rooftop terrace and pool are also lovely with a great view of the city.

The WiFi was temperamental to say the least. Constantly dropping out so I ended
Up using lots of my own data to complete my work.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had.
Pros:

The hotel was pretty good and great value for money, but the best part about it all was the included buffet breakfast. It was DELICIOUS and unlimited. I had 5 different plates of all different Indonesian breakfasts and tried probably 20 or 30 new things. Great money saving as I didn’t have to pay for lunch either.

Comfy, clean rooms and lovely staff.
Pros:

Lovely staff, clean, big rooms, near plaza for shopping, very good value for money.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the property but not easy to walk around the area due to heavy traffic… was fine for us because we only stayed one night after landing at the airport.

Prima hotel voor die prijs
Pros:

Fijne ligging, prima kamers en goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel Wanner je de tour naar Bromo zonsopgang via de receptie regelt krijg je een ontbijt pakket mee. Prima zwembad op het dak

Cons:

Wifi is matig, koelkast heeft een glazen deur en het licht blijft branden. Uitzetten betekent ook geen airco. Alhoewel ze vroegen of de kamer dagelijks schoongemaakt moet worden, verschonen ze het beddegoed niet.

Hotel is meer dan 3 sterren waard
Pros:

Leuke rooftopbar met zwembad zoals op foto's, die niet al te groot. Kamers zijn heel ruim en comfortabel. Keurig en schoon. Het personeel was overal heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Drie sterren voor dit hotel vind ik eigenlijk te weinig, 4 sterren mag wel van mij.

Cons:

Heel weinig, ze zouden wat meer verschillende broodjes en yoghurt kunnen aanbieden bij ontbijt. Toast en de ene ochtend croissantje en de andere een chocolade broodje is wat weinig keus. Maar 'luxeprobleem' en nu ben ik wel een beetje aan het zoeken naar een nadeel.

Ben er voor de 2e keer en wederom genoten!
Pros:

De kamer is ruim en mooi. Personeel is vriendelijk. Lokatie is top. Het ontbijt is niet echt uitgebreid maar voor mij voldoende keuze en lekker. Op dak is een zwembad en een kleine bar restaurant met soms live muziek. Top!

Cons:

Ik zag later dat er in een soort opening tussen de muur en bed ontzettend veel stof en troep lag. Even goed met een stofzuiger daartussen zuigen en schoonmaken.!
