Comfortable rooms in the heart of the city with reasonable price
Pros:

Prima voor een nachtje maar langer zou ik hier niet willen blijven in verband met de hygiëne.
Pros:

Prima locatie, vanuit het hotel ben je direct in de winkelstraat en dichtbij het winkelcentrum

Cons:

Wat mij opviel is dat dit hotel wel een update kan gebruiken. De muren zijn vies, verfplekken op het plafond. Gewoon niet netjes afgewerkt. De badkamers zijn ook aan vervanging toe. De douchekop is al een langere tijd niet ontkalkt en ziet er niet fris uit. Ook zaten er beestjes in de kamer.

Pros:

Sehr nettes personal. Wir haben zB ein Lunchpaket bekommen statt Frühstück, weil wir Mitternacht zum Bromo aufbrechen mussten.

Cons:

Schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und nicht unbedingt gemütlich

Perfect hotel for a short or longer stay in Surabaya
Pros:

The perfect hotel if you happen to spend some time in Surabaya. The rooms are spacious, and there’s a restaurant and a pool on the top floor. I don’t know about the lower floors, but in the rooms on the upper floors (ours was on the 9th), you can barely hear the fairly busy street below—it was quiet and peaceful. From the window, there’s a view of the river and trees, and from the rooftop terrace, you can see the whole city.

Sufficient for a short stay
Pros:

The location was great. Close to the station and close to the mall which was helpful as this was a “restocking” stop for us and we only stayed here for a few hours.

Staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

We only got 2 bottles of water for free and the rest we had to pay extra. It’s just a bit odd in a place where tap water is not ok to drink.

The bathroom did not have soap. Sure there was body wash in the shower which is what we used but it’s still a bit unusual and annoying and I don’t think it’s a very costly issue to solve.

The kettle lid was loose so we almost burnt ourselves when pouring hot water out of it.

The lighting in the room was poor.

Pros:

Personál milý, pomohl se vším. Bazén přišel vhod. Surabaya není hezké město. Pokud chcete na Bromo jeďte třeba do Progoliggo. Surabaya se vyhněte. Všude jsou krysy, švábi a strašně to páchne. Restaurace u bazénu vaří dobře.

Cons:

Pokoj byl sice uklizený, ale byl špinavý se smyslu plesnivá koupelna, všude prach, špinavá okna s otisky cizích rukou, fleky a špína na zdi. Hodně vybydlený pokoj. Na pokoji nejsou žádné háčky, tak není kam pověsit mokrý ručník od bazénu či ze sprchy. V pokoji je jedna skříň, která nejde zavřít (dveře od skříně jsou zároveň dveře od koupelny) a neustále v ní svítí světlo, které nejde vypnout. Snídaně byli hlavně lokální. Pokud nechcete snídat smažené, tak pro vás budou mít pouze toust a cereálie.

Pros:

L’emplacement est top.
Le petit déjeuné était bien, sans plus mais correct pour le prix.
Le lit était grand et confortable.

Cons:

Par contre la chambre était vraiment dans un sale état. Des traces sur les murs, des taches sur les draps de lit. Ça manque vraiment d’un bon coup de peinture. Même les rideaux était taché.
Et lorsque nous sommes montés à la piscine sur le toit nous avons vu un rat, autant vous dire qu’on avait plus envie de manger au bar près de la piscine.
