Pros:

The location was convenient for us and was close to the train station, which we used for onward travel. Large spacious well well-lit room with good AC and a nice view of the city.

Cons:

Food and restaurant were ok, we mostly chose to eat out. The Pool closed at 7pm.

Super Ausblick und Rooftop Bar mit Pool
Pros:

Ich bin nun das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen aufgrund der Lage und der Rooftop Bar mit dem Pool und den Ausblick. Das Personal ist wie vorher auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich gewesen.

Cons:

Eine kleine Minibar vermisse ich..

Confort de la literie. Piscine au 12e étage. Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner.

BEST IN SURABAYA
Pros:

This my first time to visit Surabaya river view, absolutely there is no river it's a drain dirty , opposite my room window, BUT, having said that hotel is great, everyone is exceptionally friendly always smile on there face very approachable.
Room was good size bed and pillows are very comfy toilet very clean, Aircon super cool. Everyday they changed bed cover and pillows case it's spots less. I'm glad I select this hotel it's also walking distance to money changers and major department store like SOGO and others I highly recommend this hotel

Cons:

Only set back here is food menu is very limited they must improve there menu by adding few more dishes during my 4 nights I couldn't get good choice after my beers, another set back there live music , it's far too loud can't have good conversation mostly everyone sitting outdoor due to open area and music toooooo loud.pls improve on this two which I think absolutely necessary.otherthen that all is well. Good luck to the management of the hotel.

Pool kotor, suara kendaraan lalu lintas terdengar keras dari dalam kamar padahal di saat booking sudah pesan kamar yg sepi. Dan tempat parkir tidak nyaman.
