Tapi sayang TVnya belum ada youtube.
Jadi tidak ada tontonan untuk anak-anak.

disana seharusnya saya mendapatkan balcony dengan pemandangan kota / gunung.
Tapi kamar yg saya dapat tidak ada balconinya.

Okay, aber nicht perfekt
Pros:

Angenehmer Pool und schöne Aussicht, an sich wenig Verkehr in der Nacht!
Poolboy war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Er hat sich perfekt um alle gekümmert, uns essen und Getränke besorgt und uns viele Dinge erklärt! Danke dafür!!!

Cons:

Wir haben 3 Punkte gehabt, die uns gestört haben:
1. zum Pool: leider ist der Pool sehr gechlort und kalt, weshalb ein langes verweilen im Pool eher weniger attraktiv ist.
2. Licht bei Nacht: bei Dunkelheit wurde im Außenbereich (Balkon) das Licht eingeschaltet und das blieb bis zum Morgen aufgedreht! Wir mussten alle Vorhänge zuziehen und trotzdem schien das Licht hinein. Leider konnte hier das Personal nicht helfen.
3. Lautstärke: die Zimmertür ist anscheinend sehr dünn, weshalb alle Geräusche des Ganges sehr laut und hallend im Zimmer vernommen werden konnten (auch die anderen Gäste nahmen hier keine Rücksicht!) Ebenfalls wurde neben dem Hotel ab 04:30 Uhr in der Früh bereits gehämmert und laut miteinander kommuniziert, was man trotz geschlossener Fenster in einer Lautstärke gehört hat, als würde man neben ihnen stehen.

Pros:

The staff are super friendly
The people there were nice and helpful
They offered help all throughout the stay

The laundry was well and the clothes were well dried after cleaning and washing
The food is generally good but could use some wider options

We enjoyed our stay overall

Cons:

Considering the tropical region it might be difficult to control
I would have given it a solid 10/10 in cleanliness but there were lizards all over the place

La piscine sur le toit.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner vraiment pas bon. Les jus ce sont des sirops, c’est industriel.
Les plats étaient tout le temps vides, il fallait sans cesse réclamer.
Et la qualité à revoir, des pancakes crus, peu de viennoiseries…
Le personnel pense que vous allez les voler, ils réclament sans cesse l’argent mais jamais de reçu ni pour scooter ni pour le bar ou le linge.
Personnel pas cordiale, ils sourient mais ne trouvent pas d’explication ou de solution.
Et gros bémol, pas de sèche-cheveux ni de réfrigérateur dans un 4*!!!

Location was far from everything. Almost 30mints drive to Ubud.
Pros:

Good small hotel.
Clean and the team was good.

Cons:

I had booked for 2 deluxe rooms.
Booking.com priced it way higher that the hotel direct booking.

One of the rooms we booked had defective ac. So they moved us all into the family room with bunk beds. The room was tight for a family of 5.
I was expecting and I am still expecting a refund of the difference of 2 deluxe rooms vs 1 family room.
Keeping in mind I paid way higher that the hotel walking rate.
It will be wiser to check with the hotel directly next time before booking on booking.com.

The roof swimming pool was very cold. The servicing team were not available to provide towels at 430pm.



Location is far from everything needed by a traveler.
Thank God we had our own driver.

Pros:

The hotel with good facilities.
Within the Gianyar town it should be one of the best place to stay.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Great swimming pool for relaxing.
Highly recommended. For individual, family, and business.

Cons:

One minor note, the parking place needs to be better managed.
