Pros:

Good 3 star hotel we has large room. Overlooking pool nice gardens
Breakfast basic but ok lots of restaurants nearby very relaxing place

Great and helpful staff! The grounds were kept clean and nice! Lots of trees and plants around the property. The rooms were a bit outdated, they offered daily cleaning upon request. The rooms were a little hot and the AC were not fully functional. We paid extra during booking for the breakfast after reading reviews about the spread. But not very many options and repeated breakfast everyday. So we skipped after the first day.

Overall nice and friendly staff, safe area and close to everything you’d need in Kuta!

Pros:

It is a good budget accommodation to stay in. The hotel is tired but they are trying to tidy it up and in time it will be even better. The staff were wonderful and friendly and it was a lovely quiet retreat from the busy area. Handy to the town area.
