Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta

Everything was exceptional! The staff were all helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave luggages before our room was ready and they put our bags in the room before we got there. They even helped my elderly Mum to go to the room by offering wheelchair for ease of access.
The apartment was fantastic. We stayed in 3 bedrooms executive. Breathtaking view of Jakarta skylights in the night from our master bedroom and the balcony! Couldn't get enough of the view. Even both of my daughters were fascinated by it. All facilities inside the apartment was complete. From kitchen stuff, body wash, shampoo, washing machine and dryer! All you need to do was just bring yourself in really. The swimming pool was amazing too. Gorgeous view of the city from the rooftop floor. Breakfast was delish! There was alfamart down nearby the reception, outside the back of the building there were many street vendors too. Would definitely come back there when we are in Jakarta.

Everything was clean and great for the location, we slept-in a lot of the time so that created a delay for the cleaners, sorry! :-) We were sad to leave and wish there was a Citadines in Bali where we are heading next! You were that good we compare everywhere we go to you! :-)

The hotel was modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a great variety, the pool was lovely, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout before our late flight. The children's carnival games on Sunday were a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more memorable.

The hotel itself is excellent—beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and located in a convenient area. Every aspect of our experience reflected quality and care.

It is god located and clean.

Room size, room style, view, available appliances, etc. Also, very friendly staff. Nice gym and swimming pool.

I really liked the service and hospitality. The place was clean, quiet, and 20 minutes by grab from most locations, which was convenient. The family was happy about the size of the room, the internet, etc. There is a nice little cafe on the ground floor; I usually go to it at nighttime. Also, the gym is good enough.
