Not valuable and not matching the basic requirement of a hotel: bad facility and bad service
Pros:

Looks clean and new

Cons:

No hot water in midnight during whole stay causing no shower could be taken at 2am and couldn’t go sleep until 6 am due to long and tough negotiation for the problem with the property stuff, for example, no technician on shift to fix, no stuff on duty to check and provide alternative solution, etc. Finally the manager even refuse to compensate the lost with a very tough attitude.

Pros:

The hotel is excellent and the apartments are also in very good condition. Everything is clean, well-maintained. Everyone was very kind and friendly. If we come to Jakarta again in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel.

Pros:

Everything was great! The unit was very clean, all the staff were polite, great location with restaurant and supermarket downstairs. Price is worth it compared to hotels. I would highly recommend to travelers.

A fabulous stay in the heart of Jakarta!
Pros:

Beautiful stay close to many key spots in Jakarta. Responsive and friendly staff. The cafe and minimart are very convenient. Good gym and pool facilities. My room was very clean and well-designed with a lovely view of the city.
