Great place to stay and close to beach, shops and restaurants. Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Property is quiet and friendly. There is a back gate which leads to all the shops and restaurants. Also you’re able to walk through into their other hotel and use facilities.

Considering that the accommodation is located right in the heart of Kuta, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff are very friendly and genuinely make an effort to help and make guests feel comfortable.

Cons:

Two years ago, breakfast was served directly at Casa Wina and it was excellent. This year, however, breakfast has been moved to the Wina Hotel.
We feel they could put a little more effort into it, as some of the food was already cold at 7:10 in the morning. :/

Good location and great they had both front and back access from the property.
Pool was good

Cons:

The cleanliness was below average. My child was crawling around in the room and knees were black. The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was average.
Asked for a late check out and paid till 6pm ($45) asked if possible to extend to 8pm for an extra charge however was told I would then have to pay for an additional night ($90) on top of the 45 I had already paid. The price they were asking for was well above the price advertised on bookings.com. The reception did then say I could pay an extra $45 for the 2 hours however I then declined

Die spontane Umbuchung auf ein anderes Zimmer ( Deluxe)
Personal sehr nett
Lage ist gut
Deluxe Zimmer war auch einwandfrei !

Cons:

Wenn man im normalen Zimmer ist stinkt es aus der Lüftung.
Umbuchung auf Deluxe Zimmer war notwendig.
Die Liegen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dreckig.

It was dirty…cleaning standard should definitely be increased to make it even tolerable. Floors were dirty, there is dust everywhere, bedsheets and towels dirty and sheets and towels not changed unless you stripped the bed. Aircon hardly worked .
Pool area and garden was nice and pool staff friendly.

Fijn hotel op een ideale locatie
Pros:

Supervriendelijk personeel. Toen we incheckten, hadden ze ons de juiste kamertypes gegeven, maar de 2 kamers lagen erg ver uit elkaar, niet ideaal voor ons aangezien we reisden met twee jonge tieners die we nog wel graag in de buurt hadden. Personeel legde onmiddellijk uit dat voor de 1e nacht dit niet meer gewijzigd kon worden, maar vanaf de tweede nacht wel en dat gebeurde ook. De kinderen kregen de kamer naast ons en de tussendeur werd een dag later ook nog losgemaakt. Er is een groot zwembad met voldoende ligzetels. Je kan handdoeken krijgen aan het zwembad. Bedden worden elke dag opgemaakt en als je je sleutel afgeeft, worden de kamers ook schoongemaakt. Ligging is ideaal, ver genoeg weg van de drukke straten, maar toch snel daar. Je kan de achteruitgang daarvoor gebruiken, top! Ontbijt is in het hotel ernaast, was zeker voldoende variatie.

Cons:

Bij aankomst kregen we twee pochetjes vol bonnetjes. 2 bonnetjes voor een welkomstdrankje aan het zwembad. 4 bonnetjes voor het huren van de handdoeken. Voor elke ochtend 2 bonnetjes voor het ontbijt. Dat vond ik wel nogal wat gedoe en kan mijns inziens wel wat makkelijker. De bonnetjes voor de handdoeken moest je ook weer afgeven als je uitcheckte, of je moest de handdoeken betalen.
