Staff where friendly and helpful. Location is great.
Supervriendelijk personeel. Toen we incheckten, hadden ze ons de juiste kamertypes gegeven, maar de 2 kamers lagen erg ver uit elkaar, niet ideaal voor ons aangezien we reisden met twee jonge tieners die we nog wel graag in de buurt hadden. Personeel legde onmiddellijk uit dat voor de 1e nacht dit niet meer gewijzigd kon worden, maar vanaf de tweede nacht wel en dat gebeurde ook. De kinderen kregen de kamer naast ons en de tussendeur werd een dag later ook nog losgemaakt. Er is een groot zwembad met voldoende ligzetels. Je kan handdoeken krijgen aan het zwembad. Bedden worden elke dag opgemaakt en als je je sleutel afgeeft, worden de kamers ook schoongemaakt. Ligging is ideaal, ver genoeg weg van de drukke straten, maar toch snel daar. Je kan de achteruitgang daarvoor gebruiken, top! Ontbijt is in het hotel ernaast, was zeker voldoende variatie.
Bij aankomst kregen we twee pochetjes vol bonnetjes. 2 bonnetjes voor een welkomstdrankje aan het zwembad. 4 bonnetjes voor het huren van de handdoeken. Voor elke ochtend 2 bonnetjes voor het ontbijt. Dat vond ik wel nogal wat gedoe en kan mijns inziens wel wat makkelijker. De bonnetjes voor de handdoeken moest je ook weer afgeven als je uitcheckte, of je moest de handdoeken betalen.

Slight issue with the Wi-Fi, and when I got in the room, there were lots of mosquitoes and even a lizard in my room, but overall it is fine.

De douche was constant verstopt en ook nog de wastafel. De ligging vonden we ook niks. Voor een kort verblijf is het prima..

There was a problem with the housekeeping every day we would have to ask for either towels/water/ bed linen was not changed for the whole 8 days we were there

The staff were wonderful and gardens lovely . Pool great.
I’m afraid the cleaning staff need to be trained how to clean.
It was quiet and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were close together, spacious but basic.
