Perfect, relaxing and cozy place! More than a hotel it was an experience, very different from all other hotels we've been to. The staff were so very kind and courteous, whenever we would come back they would say "Welcome home", which was very unique and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Was so great that we could use their cycles and snorkelling gear for free, was really good to get around the island. The breakfast that was included was so so good, lovely choice, and we picked what we wanted from menu. Good choice of juices and fresh cakes and the best banana muffins I've had, would really love that recipe, haha! We also met the owner Tina, and had a nice chat with her. Also loved the pearl earrings I bought from the little shop at the hotel. We truly felt relaxed, the pool was lovely, the layout is so beautifully planned and executed, we even got a facial which was nice and relaxing. The room was very cozy and had an outdoor bathroom, and outside a lovely couch type thing to relax and read. I love that they even provided sarongs to borrow to the beach and had a little bowl of water outside our room which we could dip our feet clean in before we entered. It was our honeymoon, and they did some beautiful decor on the bed for us. We would 100% come back, and recommend to anyone visiting Gili Air.

We stayed 4 nights in the beautiful Hani Suite. Like the garden and pool area it was very cosy and well designed. Very clean and lots of space. The breakfast was delicious. Great coffee and juice. Especially enjoyed the avocado toast, tropical fruit bowl and dragon fruit smoothie bowl. We enjoyed having the family dinner twice in great company with the owners and other guests sharing experiences around the table. The talented chef made delicious food for us - bbq one day and local food the other all well paired with the wine menu. The staff are super attentive and very very nice.

Various small details create beautiful and memorable stay. The carden, room amenities, cozy interior etc.

The service in Hani Hideaway is superb. The room is cleaned multiple times a day and when coming back to our room it is always clean and tidy. The staff knew us by name and wanted to give us the best experience as possible.

We prolongened our stay for a night and the room was ready before our checkout. Small thing but it adds up. The managing of all the services cleaning, food, bicycle usage, other bookings is on the highest level possible.

Best hotel I have ever been!

Virkelig hyggeligt magisk sted. Personalet var meget meget søde, alle sammen. Og tog ikke mindst rigtig godt imod mine to børn. Maden er fantastisk. Gåafstand fra havnen.

The entire stay experience, from check-in to check-out, was absolutely amazing, and this was mainly down to the incredibly friendly staff. The service provided was hands down the best I have ever received, and I would definitely come back purely because of it.

We were picked up from the boat, and it was only a short walk from the port. The hotel is in a very convenient location just off the main road, yet it truly feels like a hidden hideaway. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful.

Each evening, after returning from dinner, we found that our beds had been beautifully prepared for the night, and an incense stick had been left burning — such a calming and thoughtful touch that made coming back to the room feel extra special.

Breakfast was delicious each morning, and there is a lovely little shop on-site stocked with some very nice products. I especially loved the natural mosquito repellent that was provided — another small but thoughtful detail.

When checking out, we were given a shell bracelet, which was such a sweet and memorable gesture to end our stay.

Cudowne miejsce, najlepszy zespół jaki do tej pory spotkaliśmy, sprawiają że czujesz się jak w domu. Jedzonko na miejscu najlepsze na całej wyspie. Do tego bardzo ekologiczne miejsce, prowadzone w myśl zero waste.
Wspaniała właścicielka, która pomaga w edukacji lokalnych dzieci, wnosi do tego miejsca wiele ciepła.
Polecamy gorąco odwiedzić i poczuć klimat tego miejsca

Absolutely beautiful place — calm, cozy, and relaxing. Extremely clean with great facilities. The hotel staff are lovely. Every day I felt like I was at home.

Alles klopt aan Hani Hideaway. Ontbijt is heerlijk, service is geweldig, alles is brand schoon en ruikt lekker, personeel is zo aardig en super leuk met kinderen. Je wordt echt verwend. Wij vonden de sfeer ook echt heel leuk. We wilden bij boeken en helaas zat het vol. Toen we verhuisde had ik spijt dat ik op Gili Air was gebleven, want ik miste Hani Hideaway zo erg.

We cannot rate this place highly enough. They welcome you like family and make your stay exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and the sustainable ethos is fantastic. Breakfast is incredible and can easily be adapted to dietary requirements. We were so sad to leave
