Scam, dirty and hypocrite
Pros:

The location is in the middle of everything but it is still in an awkward street. Like the hotel is behind the main road which is kinda hidden. To walk to near food place is quite a walk as you have to get thru the long street before you meet the food street.

Cons:

They require proof of marriage if you are married because they claim to be a Sharia-compliant hotel, which only allows married couples to stay. However, the hotel is far from clean. As a Muslim, I believe cleanliness is part of Iman, and this is not it. The toilet was full of worms, and the wardrobe was unusable. We were scammed. The price we paid was not the same as what we were charged. We booked and paid extra for a twin room, but instead, we were given a cheaper queen bed. When we asked for the difference back, they said their prices don’t align with those on Booking.com and that they have to follow their own pricing—NOT MY PROBLEM. As for hospitality, it was difficult to see any staff smiling at the guests. It just doesn't make sense. Don’t focus on one religious aspect and neglect the others.

The hotel, its attention and its facilities are a total disaster. We reserved a bedroom for a price that was not available when we arrived. Not only that they charged us more than double the reservation made, since it was early morning and we had no option to look for another stay. The service and attention very bad. The bedrooms are dirty everywhere, damp on the walls. Bed without sheets...they don't have towels, shampoo or anything. A total shame. I don't recommend it in the slightest. I wish they would be fined for being dirty and blackmail. They robbed us and lied to us with the prices they have published.

Pros:

The spacious room and the accessible location

Cons:

Price become 3x than during booking..the hotel staff said its commo n for booking.com to do price offer but its accually dont exist..the facility are bad..aircond was very slow cooling, no make up table, no kettle in room, small toilet and broken headbed..definitely wont go again..bad service

Bad service and not worth money paid

Cons:

The staff are RUDE and they tell us to PAY MORE then price we agreed in the booking with UNREASONABLE excuse or reason. The place is NOT user friendly for elders or people with dissablities. The rooms are not sound proof since we can hear the neighbour's baby cries in the middle of the night and the baby cries goes on for few hours. Me and my group are really not happy during the stay. rude receptionist during the check in and baby cries late night.
