Cons:

1. Pintu kamar berderit saat buka tutup.
2. Bantal keras, bener2 tdk nyaman.
3.Sabun cuci tangan tdk tersedia ( pake sabun mandi ).
4.Handuk tangan tdk disediakan.
5.Taste breakfast menurun dibandingkan saat masih Santika.
6.Secara keseluruhan, kondisi kamar tidak mencerminkan hotel baru. Masih 'SANTIKA' banget

Fantastisch hotel!
Pros:

Erg goed ontbijt. Ruime kamer. Chinees hotel. Alles was uitstekend. Vriendelijk personeel, vooral de beveiligingsmedewerker.

Cons:

Het lawaai van de straat .

Pros:

部屋の中はエアコンが臭すぎて眠れなかった。お風呂は狭過ぎて水が洗面所まで飛んでびしょ濡れになった。ハンドソープやコンディショナーはない。ハンガーは取り外すとフックがないタイプなのでタオルとかは干せない。また夜レストランを経由して喫煙所に向かう途中でレストランにネズミがいてびっくりした。レストランでは夜のうちに朝ごはんの支度がされていた様なので、ネズミがそれを狙っていたかと想像すると、朝ごはん抜きにして良かったと思う。良いところとしては、冷蔵庫が壊れていたがスタッフに申し出たらすぐに交換してくれたりと、スタッフの対応は良かった。ホテル横には吉牛やバーガーキングやローソンなどがあり、食べる分には何とかなる感じだった。
