Great, cosy, central boutique hotel
Pros:

Great location. Close to city center and attractions. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Good breakfast. We would come back.

Great location
Pros:

It’s a beautiful property. The staff was so friendly and stood up when we came to the front desk to ask a question. They gave great recommendations for dinner places to eat and it was delicious! The room was beautifully decorated and the lobby when you walked in was warm and inviting. They even helped us with our luggage.

Lovely hotel - would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in central Lisbon.
Pros:

Good location so we could walk to many local attractions or jump on a bus or tram. Helpful and friendly staff with excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Very comfortable, quiet and clean room with great attention to detail.

Cons:

The key to the door - which was attached to the card for the room lights. So, to lock the door you had to lose the lights and then put the card back into the slot in the dark! Just give us a separate card for the lights or 2 sets of room keys.

The best you can get when onnthe road.
Pros:

Just perfect. Traditional building well and tastefully renovated. Staff amazing. Super attentive. Making everything easy. Rooms tasteful. Excellent mattress and cushions. And towels.

Pais muy bonito con una gran historia detras.
Pros:

Ubicación del hotel, conectividad con transportes públicos tanto autobuses, como tranvías y trenes es perfecta.
Y por otro lado la amabilidad de los trabajadores que es exquisita, atentos, serviciales, súper amables y comprensivos con aquellas dudas e inquietudes que puedan surgirte durante la estancia.
Por mi parte la estancia fue muy agradable.

Cons:

Realmente no hay por mi parte ningún aspecto que me haya disgustado, por lo que no puedo poner nada que sea negativo en este apartado.
