Cons:

Hotel claims in booking to have a garage parking. Not only it doesn’t but also you cannot even drive in front of the hotel to leave the baggage. They don’t even write you that or the external parking address on booking confirmation, you just drive around until u call them and they explain. One of my worst experiences.

Perfect location to see Lisbon
Pros:

The hotel is not far from the Terreiro do Paço metro station and in a very nice location. The hotel staff were welcoming and very kind throughout our stay.
Rooms are excellent, our bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, bathroom was lovely with the shower separated from the toilet. Sometimes you find bathroom fixtures loose or discoloured tile grout but not here.
Not usually requiring a mention but the carpet - indeed the carpet throughout the hotel was of a very high quality and tremendously clean in our room – it looked brand new. The halls had plants and nice decor on the walls - it was a treat to use the stairs.
Complimentary still and sparkling water every day, which could be drunk from the two heavy tumblers supplied, a nice touch was chocolate cakes delivered to our room on our first evening plus a departing gift as well.
Buffet breakfast was just right, one day we were stopping only to grab some pastries as we were out early travelling to Sintra, we were each given a foil container which helped us considerably.
Nespresso machine was also included plus safe and fridge. We also had a venetian blind which had a nice expensive action and windows that we could open.

We would have liked a small kettle but it didn't bother us in the slightest.

Great hotel in the old town of Lisbon
Pros:

Great location. Lovely staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Fab little restaurant called Discreto was recommended to us by the hotel staff which was just next door. Would definitely recommend 👍

Cons:

Das Zimmer war relativ klein. So gab es keinen Schreibtisch bzw. Abstellfläche um im Zimmer am Computer arbeiten bzw. Videokonferenzen abhalten zu können.
