Absolutely beautiful property
Pros:

The property was in walking distance to the cruise ship terminal and to restaurant and shops.
The staff held our suitcases until the room was ready and we were able to start our vacation from the start.
The staff held were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s a small property but has everything you need. Location is near to restaurants and shopping. You can easily grab a taxi or uber. They have us a welcome treat and the last day they gave us a yummy bar of soap. They offered breakfast for 17eru. The room came with water coffee and slippers.

Charming and quiet hotel
Pros:

Amazing staff with warm hospitality, comfortable, cozy, and clean room. In a great area with great restaurants nearby, along with exceptional breakfast in house. Very walkable and would highly recommend.

Pros:

Phenomenal staff. Great location. They were very warm both welcoming and sending me (chocolate cake and a soap bar?!). Also homemade ice tea was awesome. They have a nespresso machine in the room - can’t beat that.

Cons:

A bit of odor from the toilet - could’ve been better with some bathroom scent.

Loved everything about the property. I would absolutely stay here again. Only issue was breakfast was not included and the up-charge was exorbitant. The room was beautiful with a wonderful balcony overlooking the front of the property, it was exceptionally clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. A great find when you have a long layover in Lisbon.

Cons:

Staff could have been more accommodating and nicer but they were fine. Just nitpicking as they felt a little bit cold and unfriendly.
