Stay somewhere else if you don’t want to have an awful trip
Pros:

Not a lot.

Cons:

The incompetent staff
The electricity going off, repeatedly
The broken fridge
The fake bills that appeared
The repeated calls to wake me up when i had the do not disturb sign on to ask if i wanted my room cleaned

Exceptionnel !!
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup voyagé et c’est de loin le meilleur hôtel dans lequel j’ai séjourné. Le service et le personnel sont vraiment exceptionnels, et c’est ce qui donne tout son charme à cet établissement. Mention particulière à Brat et Sayu.

Mon séjour a coïncidé avec mon anniversaire et j’ai eu le plaisir de recevoir une part de cheesecake ainsi qu’un très gentil mot pour me souhaiter une belle journée.

La propreté de l’hôtel est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs.

Nous avons même pu prier dans leur salle de prière après avoir effectué notre check-out.

L’expérience a été incroyable. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 %. Il est très bien situé.

Merci au peuple balinais pour ce magnifique séjour.

Close to Starbucks, minimart, Guardian, beaches, many guest perks.
Pros:

Each and every staff that passes by you smiles and greets you warmly. The hotel is conveniently located just opposite Starbucks and a minimart, with plenty of cozy cafes, small boutiques and even Guardian (3 minutes walk).

Updated technology and facilities, modern interiors.
Staff catered to my needs promptly with patience.

Hassle free check in and out.

Cons:

The app was a little difficult to use at first, spent quite some time figuring out how to order in etc via the app which resorted me to calling concierge directly instead. (Of which they answered promptly nonetheless)

Pros:

Loveee staying at the Komu, it’s very conveniently located and we were able to walk to the popular spots (cafes, spas, food spots). The staffs were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They also clean the room twice a day which I’ve never experienced before but it was nice knowing that my room was always freshened up with clean towels and new bottles of water prepared whenever we’re back in the room. Will definitely be staying again and recommending to other friends

nice hotel with beautiful room and very friendly staff
Pros:

nice room and very clean

Cons:

first night was a bit loud because of the nightclub but the next 3 days were calm

Uniquely designed hotel in the heart of Canggu
Pros:

Loved the design and architecture of the hotel.
The area of Canggu is very convenient and walkable
The facilities were great
The staff were very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

This never caused an issue personally as they always restocked the water bottles daily, however, I would prefer to have a water dispenser in the hotel room. However this is not a dealbreaker for me
