Feel like home
Pros:

Second time staying in the Komu. We enjoyed our stay in The Komu so much and we aldy missing it. The room is so comfortable with their lighting and we felt like home. Service was excellent. Location is great. U can try the coffee from Margaret Bistro which is opposite of the Komu. Everything is great. Will come back again .

A comfortable stay made truly memorable by exceptional service and warm hospitality.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here and spent five nights at the hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable overall.
During my first two nights, there was quite a bit of noise from the room above me around 2:40am, so I think the soundproofing could be improved. However, when I mentioned it to reception the next day, they were incredibly understanding and promptly moved me to a quieter room, which made a big difference.
The service throughout my stay was exceptional. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Brat at reception, who went out of his way to recommend and help me find amazing local Indonesian food nearby.
Overall, a comfortable stay with outstanding service. I would happily return.

Cons:

Always clean, pretty central to Canggu and Berawa.

Neben der schönen Ausstattung, Lage und moderner Einrichtung ist vor allem das Personal sehr positiv zu bewerten. Das Team ist aehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und absolut engagiert. Ich selten so ein tolles Personal erlebt.
