Great location as it was in the heart of Canggu! Loved that it offered so many partnered discounts for beach clubs and nightclubs (even though I didn't end up using them). Room is spacious, especially as a lone traveler. I even got a free upgrade which I really appreciated.
Rooms are definitely a little dark due to the colour scheme and lighting is a little scarce. Did not particularly like how the layout of the hotel and how it is a little troublesome to walk.
Location was great, Atlas and Finns next door couldn’t hear the party. Service was extraordinary, very friendly and accommodating. Grab drivers always available
Location, gym, friendly staff, opt for rooms on level 3 as more natural light than lower level floors. 10 minute walk to beach.

Tout était parfait. C’est la première fois de ma vie que je laisse un commentaire sur booking et dieu seul sait combien d’hôtels j’ai été, partout. Cet hôtel mérite que je prenne le temps d’un vrai feedback, tellement j’étais satisfaite; en quittant l’hôtel (après 11 nuits) j’étais triste, je voulais rester plus longtemps. L’emplacement est top (quartier nightlife) proche de tout, il y a tout ce qu’il faut walking distance. Service excellent, pas très loin d’un service palace ou le client est au centre de l’attention. Tout le monde est au petit soin. L’hôtel dispose dune application super pratique pour programmer la lessive, le ménage, les différents services, etc. J’échangeais directement avec le staff sur Whatssap (très pratique). Le checkin est super rapide et efficace. En arrivant dans la chambre, on trouve un snack et un petit mot (très sympa après 18 heures de vol) et puis chaque jour, le staff met a disposition 4 bouteilles d’eau et biensur capsules de café et thé. Pendant le séjour, je suis tombée malade, j’ai demande un médecin et depuis ce moment la, le staff m’appelait pour demander de mes nouvelles. Le personnel est juste incroyable. J’ai eu des coupures d’électricité dans ma chambre et a chaque fois, ils ont été extrêmement réactifs et fait le suivi. Au bout de la deuxième panne, ils m’ont proposé et encouragé a changer de chambre, ce que j’ai fini par accepter (je m’étais déjà habituée a ma chambre que j’aimais beaucoup). On ma surclassée dans une suite immense. Après 11 nuits a Canggu, je suis partie a Gili et ne voulais pas traîner ma grande valise avec moi, je leur ai demande s’il était possible de la garder pour quelques jours et ils ont gentiment accepté. Il y a tellement dautres choses mais bref, j’ai surkiffé mon séjour. Mille merci.
Vraiment rien. Excellent pour le niveau de prix, j’arrive pas a faire le business case de cet hôtel 🤣
The room was spacious and sparkling clean. They offered room service twice per day. The location is excellent. Many restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Walking distance to the beach too
Nothing. But thing to take note is the hotel itself is located near to the beach clubs, so might heard some musics at night. It didn’t bother me much tho.
