Great stay with a note of improvement
Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel located literally up in the hill (Bukit Randu). The room is spacious, the view is gorgeous; i love sitting at the balcony for the view and the sound of the city.
Pak Sapri at the front office did an amazing job cater all my needs. An epitome of Indonesian hospitality.

Cons:

1. It’s close to train station and the horn sound is annoying, especially when you stay longer than 2 nights. Please provide guests with earplug, some of us might need it.

2. Breakfast in the weekend was chaotic.

3. Make the outdoor seating during breakfast a smoke free area. We all deserve to seat outside; smoke free.

Superb hotel in every way.
Pros:

Lovely modern room with balcony.
Great breakfast.
Pool.
Fantastic staff, especially one manager who gave us a free beer, free fruit and vip seats for the England Argentina World Cup game.

Cons:

The walk up a steep hill to the hotel.

Amazing stay, great view
Pros:

booked a standard room with a balcony, love the modern room design & the view, huge TV, very good workmanship, very well maintained, all staff are friendly & helpful, good breakfast

Pros:

The Room is super clean, and spacious. The bed is comfy. I like the breakfast area that can overlook the view of the city because it is located up the hill.
And they have the restaurant called Randu Restaurant just located next to the hotel that you can unwind by listening to the live music, for those who like singing, they have an open mic too.

Pros:

I love the mountain scenary from our bedroom and dining room as well

Cons:

The service of pool was not good because there was no staff standby at pool when we swam at 12 a.m so we didnt get any towel

Personnel charmant et attentionné.
Belle décoration, hôtel impeccable.
Chambre spacieuse, bien aménagée, vue sympathique sur la ville.
Literie confortable
Belle piscine avec vue.
Salle de fitness bien équipée mais pour 2 ou 3 max

Cons:

Seul petit bémol, le service d'étage qui tambourine à la porte des 9h pour nettoyer la chambre. Ne pas oublier d'appuyer sur l'interrupteur "do not disturb" !
