You get what you pay for--maybe slightly more this time.
Pros:

Super-cheap, and there's not much else in the area. The bed was decent and the shower worked.

Cons:

Bed itself was reasonably clean, but trash and who-know's-what were piled along wall below it.
General shabbiness, to be expected at this price.
Noisy foodstalls, bus lot next door.
