Beautiful view and rooms
Pros:

View is amazing from the pool, rooms are beautiful, beds are so comfortable, Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Felt the staff could have been a little more proactive, instead of having to ask for things like the menu at dinnertime etc.
There were many things on the menu but most things were out of stock, we wouldn't have minded so much if they told us what wasnt available upfront instead of us spending 15 mins deciding to then be told it was unavailable on ordering. This wasn't just the odd item it was a large part of the menu, daily, including drinks. I understand its sometimes hard to get the ingredients just be upfront about it before the customer decides.

Additionally, the menu would list an accompaniment to a meal on the menu for example garlic bread, then because they don't have the ingredients for that they just substitute it and hope you don't realise. Again it would be ok if told but by not saying anything comes across a little misleading and very disappointing.

Last complaint is the music by the pool. They play a cultural balinese song, which we like, but the same song is on repeat morning day and night, every single day, we felt we needed to avoid the pool because it was so repetitive and we just wanted some peace and quiet or even just a different song to play! Its in such an amazing location sometimes it would be nice just to hear the beautiful nature that surrounds it. I can't imagine its healthy for the staff day in day out either to hear this in repeat. That said we did ask one time uf they could turn it off or play something else and they obliged straight away.

If all of the above was addressed this place would be 10 out of 10.

Heaven on earth
Pros:

The view was the best that my girlfriend and I have had during our stay. Absolute divinity. Complete privacy. We will return.

Cons:

Some noise from people drinking travelled into our bungalow, but this did not detract from the experience.

Pros:

I absolutely enjoyed this property. The staff is really sweet, they provided everything one would want.We also booked a tour with them which was very convenient . This is exactly how it looked in the photos.

Las mejores vistas de todo Bali !
Pros:

Hemos alucinado con las vistas maravillosas de este hotel, el lugar donde está ubicado es el más bonito en el que hemos estado de todo Bali sin duda, naturaleza, silencio, paz … la zona de la piscina super bien cuidada y decorada , una cabaña con todo tipo de extras , mosquitera, albornoz, neverita, etc…

Cons:

Por decir algo, el desayuno era bastante simple.

Que las cabañas estaban abiertas por arriba y entraron una mariposa, un pájaro que se hizo vaca dos veces en la habitación y un lagarto que salió pronto de la habitación pero que entró.

Pros:

Les + : la piscine à débordement avec vue sur la forêt tropicale, fournissent serviette de piscine à la demande à l'accueil, grands bungalows, dîner bon, chauffeur à l'heure et bonne conduite, nous a accompagnés jusqu'à la compagnie de fast boat où nous avions réservé. La plage est assez proche (2km, 30min à pied), nous l'avons toujours fait à pied, mais il faut être capable de revenir car ça monte beaucoup ! Mais ça permet de faire un peu de sport pendant les vacances ! Le personnel est très sympa et souriant, répond à toutes les demandes rapidement.

Les - : Pas assez de prises électriques dans les bungalows, prévoir multiprises, seulement 2 petites bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée dans la chambre jamais renouvelées, c'est payant par la suite (seul logement où nous avons eu ça !), excréments de gekko dans la chambre mal voire pas nettoyés, petit-déjeuner moyen en terme de quantité par rapport à ailleurs où nous avons payé moins cher, description des tours légèrement différente dans la chambre et à l'accueil donc à faire préciser. Dans le tour vers l'est il n'y a pas les Teletubies mais Crystal Bay beach alors que c'est à l'ouest et surtout juste à côté de l'hotel ! Nous avons globalement été déçu par rapport au prix payé. En gros on paie la piscine !

La piscina tiene unas vistas increíbles. El desayuno es muy completo y rico. La zona da bastante paz y está en un lugar silencioso.
Nos gestionaron el barco y el taxi de vuelta muy amablemente. El personal en general es amable.
El baño cuenta con todas los amenitis que puedas necesitar.

Cons:

El camino para llegar al hotel, una vez sales de la carretera, es un camino de piedras y tierra, sin luces y difícil de conducir si no tienes experiencia en moto.

Es tranquilo en mitad de la selva. Tiene una buena piscina con vistas y el desayuno que viene incluido está bastante bien. Personal agradable. Te reciben con un coco.

Cons:

Uno de los coches que tienen para servicio de recogida del puerto y alguna excursión olía fatal. La ubicación es bonita pero poco práctica, aunque creo que es más por culpa de la propia isla, cuyas carreteras son pésimas. Venden packs de SPA, pero no tienen SPA, el servicio se presta en tu propia habitación.

Good hotel with great views.
Pros:

Nice view from the room and the pool as well. The room was big and there was a big balcony.
We were gifted with a green coco after the chek-in.
Nice breakfast for take away as well.
The staff was super nice.

Cons:

The sofa and the bedding were dirty. There were lot of mosquito, that can be understandable because you’re inside a jungle but maybe the front door can be sealed more. Just one towel per person. The dinner was ok but nothing special.
