Cons:

Saya mau mengajukan komplain atas pemesanan Hotel O Asta Kaliurang pada hari Jumát, 19 September 2025 kemarin.
Saya pesan melalui booking.com dan masih tersedia 3 kamar, dan saya ambil semua.
Namun, ketika sampai lokasi pada Sabtu, 21 September jam 18.00 saya mendapatkan bahwa hotel tsb sudah penuh dan rombongan saya dibiarkan terlantar tanpa adanya solusi.
Ketika saya minta kejelasan dan refund sampai esok harinya pun tetap dapat respon yg kurang memuaskan.

Selimutnya cuma 1 tipis dan kotor, sudah minta selimut tambahan kepada pengurus hotel tapi katanya selimut hanya 1 saja. Kebersihan sangat kurang. Mohon maaf, harganya tidak sesuai dengan fasilitas yang ada. Air tidak menyala, kloset tidak berfungsi. Sangat tidak nyaman sekali menginap semalam di hotel ini
