Pomer cena-kvalita je neprekonatelny.
Pros:

Hotel zrejme neni nove postaven,ale pri nejmensim je nove zrekonstruovan. Pokoje jsou dostatecne prostorne, moderne a hezky zarizene. Bazen byl cisty. Meli jsme tu vyhodu,ze jsme byli v celem hotelu sami. Pokud by byla kapacita hotelu naplnenejsi, zrejme by dve lehatka u bazenu nestacila.
Tamejsi snidani jsme nevyuzili,ale v okoli je dostatek restauraci. Personal byl privetivy.

Cons:

Jedine minus- na uklidu koupelny by chtelo jeste trochu zapracovat. Tlak vody ve sprse byl bidny a odpady take zrovna nevonely.

Hotel con problemas de humedad y cañerías y por esa razón su olor es horrible.

La piscina, normalita pero estaba bien. Además los recepcionistas muy agradables e incluso nos intentaron ayudar en diferentes momentos.

Cons:

Mi experiencia en este hotel no ha sido nada agradable. Al instalarme en el hotel vi todo muy limpio y se nota que lo limpian continuamente, el problema vino cuando entre en mi habitación. El olor de la habitación en la que me situaron fue espantoso, un olor terrible a baño público en especial a orina. Además se podían observar manchas de humedad en las paredes y un mal olor a humedad por ese mismo motivo. Por ello hablamos con recepción para solventar el problema y nos ubicaron en otra habitación continua, la cual tenia el mismo problema y por ello volvimos hablar con ellos. Nos quisieron volver a meter en la habitación inicial, comentando que ya la habían limpiado y el olor se debía a que había orina en el suelo, tema que creo que es bastante importante si hablamos de que acabábamos de llegar a la habitación. Finalmente nos instalaron en otra habitación en la que al inicio no olía pero finalmente acabo pasando lo mismo al ducharnos o tirar de la cadena, el mismo olor de humedad seguía apareciendo. Considero que tienen un grave problema de cañerías y humedad por esa razón no recomiendo este hotel hasta que solucionen esos problemas. El baño comentar que no estaba limpio y los cepillos de dientes que ofrecía el hotel estaban cerrados como si hubieran sido abiertos y vueltos a cerrar con mechero, por no nombrar que estaba con restos de pasta de dientes de otros huéspedes. Si buscan un hotel decente calidad precio, busquen otro por la zona que seguro que encuentran mejores. Destacar el trato por parte de los recepcionistas que fueron muy amables

Wow, this is a 1 star ??? It's excellent and better than many 3* - lovely staff, manners, clean and the owner is so humble with her huge achievement!!! Well done just what Lombok needs

Pros:

je confirme la propreté des lieux. Bons volumes, bonne literie, bonne clim, bonne salle de bain, eau chaude tout est bon. Le personnel très à l écoute et tres gentl. Alors nous y avons passé 1 semaine. Donc, je sais de quoi je parle et confirme ce qui avait ete ecrit par d autres clients.Nous avons loué le scooter à l hôtel, tarif normal.et nous avons parcouru LOMBOK depuis ce lieux de repos. La piscine est tres propre également. Chambre 207 à l etage. Repas sur SENGIGI en scoot.
Le petit déjeuner est tres basique par contre.

Untuk Harga superior tidak termasuk sarapan, beda dengan sebelah yg harga sama tapi dapat sarapan, dan maaf saja.. untuk menu sarapan nya dan rasanya kurang sedap,, semoga kedepannya lebih enak..

Unbeatable value around Mangsit / outer Senggigi.
Pros:

This is my third stay in Luansa Klui. Unbeatable value for the price. Staffs always been helpful and friendly. The owner too.
Everything is always well kept & maintained. Hot water worked well with nice pressure.

Helped me to arrange scooter rental, laundry etc.

We stayed in Luansa Klui Hotel for 3 nights and it was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in, in Indonesia! Our room was clean and comfortable, we loved it. The staff really cares about their guests and everyone is really kind and helpful, this is what makes the difference, thank you all guys! We got breakfast there and the pancakes were amazing! We even tried their laundry service and it was perfect, we brought our laundry in the morning and in the afternoon everything was already freshly cleaned. We would return and recommend it!

Pros:

Super sauber und schön ausgestattet. Sehr modern und ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Man kann ein Motorrad für nur 80k pro Tag mieten und kommt damit überall einfach hin. Die Lage ist sehr schön direkt am Meer und ruhig. Es gibt heißes Wasser und es riecht gut im Bad und im Zimmer. Das Bett ist super bequem. Man kann auch günstig im hoteleigenen Restaurant essen. Das Personal ist super freundlich.

Exceptional
Pros:

The property is an exceptional. Rooms were clean, comfortable, private and an absolute gem for the money paid. Pool was amazing. Staff were friendly, always available, responsive. When asked they helpfully arranged taxi trip to port at very fair prices. Location is awesome close to beach. Truly amazing experience and would stay again.

Pros:

For the price a good hotel.
The hotel itself is nice and it's staff are super helpful, for example to organize a rental scooter or a car for transport.
The bed is comfy and the room OK.
Unfortunately, the bathroom smells of mold or waste water. With the vent in the room and the aircon always on it was bearable.
We did not change room though because as we walked by other rooms, we could smell it as well from the opened doors. That was unfortunate.
