Pros:

Skvělá klidně lokace, naprosto luxusní ubytování. Měla jsem výhled do rýžových polí. Fantastický bazén.

Mieliśmy spędzić w tym miejscu 1noc,a zostaliśmy 10 😉Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, przestronne wille z tarasami z codziennym sprzątaniem, bujna roślinność dookoła, duży basen z leżakami i ręcznikami, pyszne śniadania do wyboru oraz możliwość zamówienia innych posiłków, równie pysznych. Polecam to miejsce👌

Relaxing placee. Loved it.
Pros:

Loved the room. It was big, had a balcony with voews to rice fields and Mt Batur(volcano).

The pool was nice and the option to have food in the hotel is good

It was an absolut gem. The cleanlines, the appliances, the interior design and everthing, feels like work perfectly well so it makes you feel like home.

Agradable estadía
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento.
La habitación de buen tamaño y el baño también , lo que se agradece.
La cama bastante cómoda y amplia.

Cons:

Tanto en el dormitorio como en el baño encontramos muchas telas de arañas e insectos . A pesar de estar en un ambiente rodeado de naturaleza creo que es importante mejorar esto, es decir la limpieza en ese sentido,ya que no es agradable estar en la ducha y que en la pared se vean arañas.

Good BUT not as good as it used to be. Owners are not caring about their staff & it impacts service
Pros:

4th time here , comfy beds, nice garden and great chill remote location away from Ubud, Changu, Seminayk and all other tourist traps. Big plus is the local manager Dekgus - always going above and beyond. The staff deserve a raise in salary !

Cons:

Managemnt is slacking bad these days. Staff are resigning , kitchen is barely open as kitchen staff too has resigned, and over all management and maintenance impacts the performance. from a 10/10 this propperty is now a mere 6 or at best 7 out of 10. Compared to when it 1st opened, sadly the standart is gong down hill a lot. Hopefully managemnt will act upon this to restore staff loyalty and appreciation, as well as ensure all runs smooth and guests are getting the best they deserve . Care ore for your staff and pay fairer salaries - these guys work hard and deserve better

Overall, we were back to kampong stay and we have enjoyed our 4-night stay in the villas.
Pros:

We have three choices of breakfast - American , Continental or Local breakfast (Nasi goreng or mee goreng). We tried all and they were decent and sufficient to feed the 3 of us.

Cons:

Bathrooms are not well-maintained. There was even a frog while taking our shower.
The villas are located far from the nearest mall and airport. it takes an hour to the mall and 1-1.5 hours either from or to the airport.

Comfortable and reasonably priced hotel with a natural environment, would love to return
Pros:

Perfect location for visiting waterfalls. LOVED the lush gardens and attentive staff. Pool was sparkling clean and fresh pool towels each day. Reasonably priced mini bar available. Comfortable bed by Bali standards, had a great sleep

Cons:

Little road noise. Difficult for finding nice dining options nearby.
