Very clean and very friendly staff

The property is well located within 400 metres of the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars & when you walk into the Holiday Inn, it is a relaxing garden oasis. The infinity pool is divine & the team members always have a smile on their faces. Had a minor scare when my wife thought she’d lost her gold earring. The reception team & engineering were quick to respond & the earring was retrieved. Thank you.

I stated here for almost 2 weeks. The staff are just amazing both at the front desk and by the pool. I was made to feel right at home. Thank you so very much.

We had an amazing stay, facilities were amazing as was the breakfast. The staff were the best, highly recommend.

This hotel is a hidden gem. No crowds, perfect service, perfect location, perfect food. Everything single thing with this hotel is perfect. I even thought it would be a kids hotel, but there hardly any kids here. This is also the best place to stay if you want to surf, relatively beginner-intermediate, the surf break is 100m down the street. Also perfect placement for the clubs which also are down the street. And if you calm relaxing you don’t hear anything from the clubs either. Two things I would say are a bit annoying was the rooftop bar music, which played the same 10 songs over and over again everyday morning to evening. Maybe switch it up sometimes. But yeah that is seriously the only complaint I could think of. Just absolutely perfect.

This is my second time staying at Holiday Inn Canggu. The way they treat a returning guest was so impressive.
Pak Dillah the assistant front office manager is so welcoming. The staffs are always friendly and helpful.
Suci, Febi, Arie, Vira, Nana, they all so good and
Proffesional.
They have the best Chef at Roomah (the restaurant) all the food are so delicious and served with pretty presentation.
The room is always clean.
What a memorable stay I had in Canggu and believe it or not, we are definitely coming back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, can't fault the hotel, super clean and great breakfadt.

The hotel was comfortable, easy access to canggu downtown and beaches.

The room services provided was good. Especially the few boys by the name of Yusof and Ayu etc who bring the food to my room when I requested the room service.

In room restaurant, Heni was well attentive to me and my wife. My wife love the restaurant sea food fried rice very much.

This is a new hotel and good location, nice service. Perfect for holiday. I recommend it!

Coming from America this holiday inn blew my expectations away. Great experience/ staff/ amenities.

This was an amazing stay with an ocean view from my balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The service was top notch. The infinity pool at the top floor had a swim up bar with a fabulous view of sunset. The amenities including the restaurant and activities that were offered were fantastic.

the staff never took a deposit from me and then would run over every single time for payment. we got laundry done and they brought a CARD reader after we yelled at them for not bringing our laundry 3 times. also, their massages aren’t even on proper tables— extremely hard to breathe. the amenities make the hotel nice, but the staff completely undo what the hotel makes up.

Can’t fault this hotel. It was fantastic and would happily return. Staff are amazing
