Fantastic staff, friendly and very helpful. Beautiful decor and outlook to both sea and mountains. Excellent restaurants.
Great sized rooms with lovely decor.
Location ideal on the edge of Funchal.

Byliśmy w hotelu kolejny raz i na pewno wrócimy. Jest to najlepszy hotel na Maderze.

Cons:

Zdecydowanie obniżyła się jakość śniadań. Zawsze byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, ale nie tym razem. Restauracja Jacaranda mocno obniżyła jakość, zarówno w smaku jak i w sposobie podania dań. Na szczęście restauracja Paul de lume trzyma jakość i wszystko było jak zawsze smaczne.

What is there not to like? The cool building, the amazing views, the extremely nice, enthusiastic and helpful staff, the very clean and comfortable room. The eye for detail and fantastic service.

Pros:

It is a beautiful property and the staff try very hard to provide great service. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Sometimes the efforts crossed wires when different parties were responding to a WhatsApp chat that they kindly proposed as a support service.

If you are split to take it or not. Do. Its best hotel in Madera. Totally worth the money. Big recommendation!

Уважний персонал, кімната простора і гарно оздоблена, чудовий сніданок, краєвиди.

Cons:

Кондіціонер в кімнаті не працював, я відкривав вікно на ніч після сонячних днів, але чув багато шуму і погано засинав. Після печива і морозива біля басейну на даху мене нудило. Були проблеми з водою, ліфтом але їх швидко вирішили. Не завжди працювали всі масажні потоки в басейні спа центру.

Pros:

C’était excellent le petit déjeuner parfait, très varié, beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est très agréable, à l’écoute et toujours arrangeant pour tout. Je recommande vivement

Cons:

Le prix devrait être plus abordable pour certaines suites afin de pouvoir y accéder et faire plusieurs nuits dedans. Les produits de douche gel et shampoing ainsi que pour les mains, ne sent pas bon du tout, on dirait du produit pour laver par terre. Et il ne reste même pas sur la peau. Alors que leur produits précédents etaient divins.
