Le personnel très sympathique.
Le restaurant (repas du soir et petit déjeuner).

Wish we had had more time! Next time we‘ll stay longer!
Pros:

The resort has got a beautiful garden, nice pool, extremely friendly staff and nice restaurant with great food. A massage by the pool is a must. I booked a Sukamade tour with them via E-mail way in advance and everything went perfectly.
If you have the time, do go to Sukamade with the lodge and ask for the guide named ‚Coco‘, he is extremely knowledgeable and has made this excursion a highlight of our Indonesia trip. The 2 drivers we had were top too!!

Disappointing non-response
Cons:

We wrote to the property with a request for free cancellation on compassionate grounds as my traveling companion’s partner had met with a serious accident and we were obliged to cancel our trip. We therefore never got to stay at the property but certainly did not appreciate the failure to respond to our request and would be unlikely to consider it for future trips to the region.
