It's a nice place to stay in a minimalist way. I liked the fish and cats in the place.
Pros:

The owners are hospitable and homely.

Ce fut un très bon séjour dans l’ensemble
Pros:

L’endroit est très calme et chaleureux, le personnel est très gentil ! C’était reposant !

Cons:

La connexion est très instable mais ce n’est pas vraiment un gros problème, le lit de notre chambre n’était pas très confortable

Beautiful small area with looking at fish pond in verandah , quiet , 200m from main road .

Cons:

Better ventilation in bathroom , warmer shower .

Beautiful Homestay in a quiet street
Pros:

The small canals with water and fishes around the rooms and the plants and cats! Personal very nice, above all Pram and his mother were really helpfull. I had a big bed :-)

Cons:

It's far from the center but with a bike it doesn't feel so far away. The toilets, nothing wrong but I'm occidental and just not used to these kind of showers on the floor and no sink. However the staff did all they could in order that I would feel more like at home and for the price it was really ok :-)

Pros:

Obejście hotelu jest bardzo ładne, takie jak na zdjęciach, obsługa codziennie je sprząta. W pokoju nie ma czajnika i kubków ale w części wspólnej jest dostępny aneks, gdzie można zaparzyć herbatę, kawę i nalać wodę. W przypadku oferty śniadaniowej personel przynosił mi śniadanie pod pokój, jest ono zamawianie z zewnątrz. Pani parzyła też herbatę. Miejsce jest spokojne, niedaleko znajduje się sklepik gdzie można kupić podstawowe produkty. W okolicy można podziwiać pola ryżowe. W hotelu jest też dostępna oferta obiadowa ale z niej nie korzystałam. Personel jest bardzo gościnny i chętnie służy pomocą. Klimatyzacja działa bardzo dobrze, nie jest zbyt mocna, tak, że zamarza się w pokoju. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne, bardzo miękka pościel :)

Cons:

Miejsce jest oddalone od ścisłego centrum o około 8km. Łatwo dojechać do niego grabem ale trwa to około 20 minut. Łazienka w pokoju powinna zostać dokładnie wyczyszczona. Toaleta jest europejska ale sedes jest dość stary. Brak umywalki w łazience, tylko miska. W łazience pojawiał się też czesto nieprzyjemny zapach. Brak ciepłej wody. Ściana w sypialni moglaby zostać odmalowana.

El lugar es muy tranquilo , cómodo , se duerme bien , nos apoyaron con servicio de lavandería , mi único comentario negativo es que está aproximadamente 20 minutos en carro de la calle malioboro , pero queda cerca del templo prambanam

高級ホテルではないです。この値段でこのサービスだったら十分だと思います。
私の部屋はお湯は出ませんでしたが、気候が熱いのでそんなに気になりませんでした。高級ホテルのような清潔さはありませんが、虫もいませんでした。
宿のおかみさん？がとてもいい人で、日本語が少し話せます。
大通りから少し入った、のどかで静かないい場所で、猫がたくさんいて触れ合えるのも嬉しかった。
安さ重視で多くを望まないのであれば、おすすめです。

Pros:

The room was nice and the bathroom was better than I expected at this price point. I enjoyed the Coy fish.

Cons:

I am not sure if it was a booking.com issue or OYO issue but they did not have me in the system when I arrived. I booked the room for 60,000 IR. The owner said it was 200,000. We agreed on 100,000. This was still a good rate for the room.
