Pros:

Nothing to like, we were treated horribly.

Cons:

Hotel cancelled the stay and tried to blame us that we cancelled ourselves. We only found out about this on our arrival to the reception...There were 4 adults with 5 children and we were left on our own to look for another hotel as allegedly it was fully booked and they could not help us at all. No one could explain who made the cancellation - at first it was us to be blamed, then booking.com and eventually some unexplainable system error. Hotel staff were quite opposite to Balinese people - there was no understanding, no effort to resolve the issue, no one cared about us at all. Thankfully we found another hotel not so far away from this and upon check-in we told hotel staff what has happened. The other hotel staff told us we are not the first ones that this happened to as they heard quite a few stories from others too and Palette Signature Hotel actually changed their name recently too. I would advise not to risk it and avoid booking with this hotel. Also, whilst arguiing with the reception, some of us looked around the hotel and it turns out that it was not in such a good state as the pictures suggest. Swimming pool is tiny, some places in the hotel in a need of renovation too. If travelling with family, better look for another place.

Ok for short stays, especially handy to dive centre’s
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

Rooms do not have a refrigerator only what looks like a wine cooler that doesn’t cool, but to be fair other hotels in Bali have bought these even five star, none have worked that I have experienced. On Booking.com it stated that the room package I had purchased came with early check I. And late check out, the hotel did not honour this.

Concierge planned perfect day
Pros:

Asked Palette Signature Hotel concierge for itinerary suggestions and got excellent advice. Reservations made on our behalf saving time. Local knowledge valuable and recommendations suited our interests perfectly for memorable day.

Absolutely horrible do not stay here
Pros:

Did not like anything about this hotel was horrible. We booked for 2 night with 2 separate rooms and left after the 1st night and booked elsewhere. All reception said was oh sorry did not offer any assistance.

Cons:

Bathroom flooded when we had a shower with dirty water coming up the drain, pool was dirty couldn't swim in it, blood on the sheets and walls, shower mouldy, smelly rooms.
