Pros:

The property is absolutely beautiful — a stunning historic building with incredible views and a very special atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was also amazing, both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Everything felt very well taken care of and thoughtfully designed. We will definitely come back.

Honestly, nothing — everything about our stay was wonderful.

Pros:

le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse et de jolie attention ( upgrade, petite douceur le soir par le housekeeping), le restaurant étoilé était une très belle découverte avec un service impeccable. la piscine intérieur est superbe dommage que la température nous ait pas permis de profiter de celle extérieur qui paraissait tout aussi parfaite avec une jolie vue.

Cons:

nous aurions aimé avoir une baignoire dans la chambre au lieu d'une douche mais c'est un détail !

Es un lugar verdaderamente increíble, su decoración es impresionante, es un hotel muy acogedor, inspira calma, tranquilidad, huele de maravilla en cada rincón...las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y preciosas, unas vistas impresionantes, la cama es comodísima...el spa nos encantó!! Un lugar para desconectar...y el trato de todo el personal es inmejorable!! De 10!! Encantadores, serviciales, atentos... Nos sentimos tan a gusto desde el primer día que sé que volveremos...

Pros:

Loved everything about this experience, my favourite was the water therapy, sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi! We also treated ourselves to a Michelin experience at Oculto restaurant with 12 dishes paired with wines, out of this world and very reasonable for what we ate and drank. Our heritage suite overlooked where the river enters the sea in Vila Do Conde, stunning!

Da simpatia de todos os funcionários, da beleza do hotel e vistas maravilhosas que tiveram a gentileza de nos dar, pois fizeram um upgrade, porque tinham disponibilidade.
Foi um gesto sem dúvida muito e simpático e de valorizar, pois não eram obrigados a isso.
Pequeno almoço excelente, dos melhores que já comi, com muita diversidade de fruta, queijos, bolos, etc...
Tivemos no SPA, adoramos, local confortável e aconchegante.
Gostamos de tudo no geral.
Digno de um verdadeiro Hotel 5 estrelas sem qualquer sombra de dúvida.
Voltarei quando conseguir poupar mais uns euritos.
Obrigados por tudo de coração, pois proporcionaram-se um fim de semana de excelência.
