Ultimate Luxury Experience
Pros:

The property is spectacular. Probable one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. From the delightful check in where they served us a glass of port to the outstanding view from our room to the amazing spa and outdoor pool and the luxurious bed, the hotel and the superb staff exceeded our expectations at every turn! It was a wonderful experience and I hope to return one day.

Cons:

The hotel was practically perfect in every way.

All in all, a wonderful experience and wish I could have stayed longer.
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel created with exquisite taste in a spectacular ancient monastery/nunnery. The rooms are spacious with great views. The hotel has two high-end restaurants and a great bar as well as a lovely spa and outdoor garden spaces.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was wonderful and hpe to visit them again soon.
Pros:

It was wonderful in every way. The staff was exceptionally professional.

Cons:

The bathroom that was beautiful and very modern, but did not have the safety standards according to American bathroom safety laws. No night lights and no safety handles for the shower.

Pros:

O atendimento é cuidadoso, com um elevado grau de atenção ao cliente.
O spa tem tudo o que é necessário para relaxar e desfrutar.
O quarto é bem insonorizado, com uma cama excelente e pormenores que fazem toda a diferença!
A vista sobre o rio é soberba.
Aconselho o aluguer de bicicleta para conhecer Vila do Conde e as cidades à volta. O hotel tratou do recebimento e recolha da bicicleta e tudo correu muito bem.

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço é bom, mas podia ser ainda melhor.
Não é indicado ao hóspede que pode pedir pratos ao momento.
A variedade de pão também podia ser melhor.
