It's a Motel Six with a fancy name
Pros:

No not much to tell we got there at 9:30 went grabbed a bite to eat got back at 10:30 went to bed woke up at 6:30 we didn't even shower we had just a sleepover

Overall, it was a good stay.
Pros:

Did not know they had a breakfast. If I knew that l would have breakfast there. The location was good for me. For the event, I was attending, which was the car show and swap meet at the fairground. The lady at checkout was very nice.Did a good job of checking me in.

Cons:

What I didn't like was the fact I was parked in the back at door c, it rained that night. I had to walk through ankle, deep water to get into my truck. The back parking lot was flooded.

The property was in poor repair. They repainted the room but it was poorly done and nothing was fixed or replaced before they did.
