Pros:

Location.

Cons:

No AC, no staff that speaks English. Telling me the issue with the AC that it’s not working after the payment. There were bugs in bathroom. Slow response from message online to the property.

Good stay but much to improve to align with Novotel standards in Europe

Cons:

Poor service no additional facilities, and crew barely speaking’s English. No service at the evening, snacks not available, not even one kind of nonalcoholic beer.

I wouldn't go back to hotel, over price and bad location. No air conditioner

The gym and laundry room

Cons:

They didn't clean properly; someone put a double eyelid sticker and fake eyelashes in the shower area. And there was nothing to do near the hotel. They didn't have air conditioner when it was 30’C was crazy hot

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was incredibly comfortable, it was very spacious, clean, cozy, and I felt happy coming to my room to relax. The breakfast assortment offered a lot of variety.

Cons:

The staff although professional, unfortunately did not speak a word of English or made an effort to provide a warm welcome/goodbye. Only the guy who was taking the room numbers for breakfast made an effort via the use of translation app.

Need training staff more.
Pros:

It is located near to Shanghai Rail Station.

Cons:

The staff and one supervisor showed un professional when I requested an itemized receipt (not invoice). This is a normal process in any hotel although I reserved the hotel through traveling agents like Booking or Trip.com.
