Pros:

The absolute best place in Ubud. Cant believe how cheap this place is for the level of service, luxury and location. Even if prices were double it would be worth it.

I will definitely be back! And also the staff are excellent

Pros:

The view from our suite was spectacular. The staff were excellent they performed there duties with a smile and always stopped to talk to us and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast and afternoon tea was exceptional. Highly recommend this property

Pros:

Situated in a serene river valley in a peaceful side of Ubud, but still a convenient distance from the busy part of town. So I thought we got the peaceful vacation that we wanted but still got to see Ubud and its little cafes and art shops whenever we wanted!

The staffs are super nice and helpful. The hotel also have all facilities we needed. Swimming pool, gym, traditional spa, and its own little cafe and restaurant. Breakfast is also superb!

Pros:

amazing view and beautiful ethnical design. The room and bathroom is very spacious. The windows can be opened to feel an open air bath experience. I also recommend to just open the balcony door and windows for more natural experience.
The pool area is pretty quiet, great for reading and just gazing into the greens.

First I thought this place is just great for adults as the contour is pretty steep and the place is more for relaxing, but it turns out that my toddler enjoys staying here very much. The staffs are friendly, they help making sure my toddler is safe everywhere, and they are overall nice to my kid. She learn some kind of traditional game here i think. Oh and the TV is connected to youtube and Netflix or something, and that google home thing is quite fun to keep my toddler busy in the room.

food is great, wine is great, I think there's not a single night here where fireflies don't keep me company under the clear night sky with bottle on my hand

Great staff.Pool area fabulous.about 15 minutes out of Ubud centre.There is nothing outside the hotel...small shack for bottled water, only 2 small restaurants nothing towrite home.Breakfast is average..eggs bacont is not buffet you order and portions are poor..eggs benedict is good but the main breafast is 1 small sausage 1 bacon 2 mushroom 1 ect...if you want quiet like we did and dont mind nothing outside its geat.
