A great place to stay
Pros:

The overall experience was great from start to finish.

Cons:

The consistent asking if we had allergies every time we ate was annoying. Also the staff approached and addressed my husband primarily and not me, yet I was the bill payer. I found it annoying when they spoke to us at the table yet we were trying to spend quiet time together uninterrupted.

4 days of pure relaxation
Pros:

Everything - but the infinity pool and jacuzzi were incredible! The staff were all lovely and helpful, and made us feel so at home. We loved coming back to the Inara after exploring the local area.

Cons:

The outdoor/indoor bathrooms had a couple insects (worth it for how nice they were) but they were dealt with whenever we called reception

الطاقم بشوش و خدوم، الخدمه ممتازه الفطور لذيذ جدا و الغرفه جميله وساعودنا بترقيه لغرفه اكبر عندما واجهنا مشكله بالغرفه الاولى و هو شي يدل على جودة الخدمه للطاقم.

Cons:

الغرفه الاولى كانت جميلة لكن بسبب تصميم الحمام بحيث لا يغلق النوافذ بالكامل الحشرات و الوزغ يدخل و يكون مصدر ازعاج سواء لاحظت وجوده او صوته.

تم ترقيتنا الى الفيلا بوبو من قبل الطاقم، اشكرهم على خدمتنا و بشاشتهم بالترحيب، الفيلا كانت ساحره و قضينا فيها يوم واحد فقط و هو ما ندمت عليه.
المسبح و المنظر لمزارع الارز كان خيالي
الفرصه القادمه باذن الله راح اقضي اسبوع على الاقل في هذه الفيلا

Inara Alas Harum was an amazing experience! The hospitality was outstanding, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, and the overall ambiance made it very relaxing.

The food options were great, with a good variety and quality that added to the experience. It’s definitely a place I would recommend for families looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Pros:

We liked everything in Inara, especially staff, super nice, kind, polite, checking every detail. Location a bit far away from center but they had three times a dat shuttle free from hotel and to hotel which is comfortable. Beds were super big and comfy. Breakfast also was good :) otherwise everything was exceptionally super! We forgot some small stuff in hotel room and left already to Seminyak but hotel sent it to us with their driver which was great from their side ! Thanks Inara team, thanks to all staff.

Cons:

Only thing that i did not like is pizza Meat lovers , pizza could be better othrrwise everything was perfect.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with great attention to detail throughout the property. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully set up, which made the whole experience really relaxing. The staff were also fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. You can really tell they care about the guest experience. I’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Pros:

Service was great. Quiet, everything was great. They went beyond and above to make my stay great. I definitely would come back. Especially Swasta, Arya and Wawan

Cons:

Razor was missing in the bathroom
Also I forgot to use my 10% discount for dinner and they didn’t let me use it afterwards
Also cleaners was cleaning outside of my villa 7am and woke me up everyday, even tho I told at the reception and they still did it next morning.

My stay was overall quite a pleasant one.
Pros:

Good choice of breakfast options although your vegetarian choices were a bit bland.
I really liked the open all day breakfast option which means you have your breakfast at your convenience.

Cons:

A feeling of being under control all the time. The staff is nice and attentive and they really mean well, but sometimes it feels a bit rigid. Too many messages reminding you of check out time. Maybe a bit more flexibility would make the stay more enjoyable.
