En general todo bien, aunque deben hacer una limpieza mas profunda.
It could be cleaner and they need to have the rooms ready for check in. When my mom opened her room, its was a Mess. Very sad cause the concept is really good. Hope they can do better next time
No hay jabonera , te dan 2 sobrecitos de gel para toda la estancia, insuficiente para lavarse las manos y para ducharse..creo que no cuesta mucho poner una jabonera

Todo nuevo y en buen estado, muy basico pero para dormir una noche vale aunque seria bueno una jabonera , un lugar donde colgar la toalla y botes de gel y champu, no solo 2 sobrecitos
Nobody care to clean my room i stayed for one long week. Accumulating garbage & no toiletries. The staff is accomodating.
Convenient stay
Just poor stay didnt really enjoy it was very difficult to check in ect but overall not bad better in the area though love madrid absoutly amazing
学生寮のようなので、大丈夫かなと思っていたのですが、宿自体は、きちんとしたところでした。
ただ、部屋の清掃は、行き届いていなかったです。再度テーブルみたいなところの上が汚れていたほか、浴室の床のすみに沢山髪の毛が落ちていました。
それから、滞在中に困ったことが1点ありました。5分ごとに、部屋の電気が消えるのです。ドアを開け閉めすると、復活するのですが、また、電気が5分後に消えます。宿泊初日の晩にそういうことがあり、何をやっても解決しません。受付で対応をお願いしたところ、翌日に対応するので、今日はそれでしのいで欲しい、ということでした。翌日、きちんと対応はしてくれたのですが、上記の原因はなんだったかというと、ホテル（学生寮）の仕組みとして、部屋内の天井に移動を感知するセンサーが付いていて、そのセンサーで移動が感知されないと、電源がOFFになる仕組みになっているようで、なんと、僕が泊まった部屋では、そのセンサーにティッシュペーパーがかぶせられていて、部屋内の移動があってもセンサーがそれを検知せず、無移動と判断して、電気が消えていた、ということでした。対応してくれた方の話によると、監視カメラと勘違いしてそういうことをする人がいる、ということです。一応問題は解決したのですが、部屋の清掃の時にそれに気づかなかったのかと、ちょっと疑問に思いました。
部屋についてもう少し述べますと、学生寮らしく、冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、IHコンロがついていて、それはとても便利です。ただ、これも学生寮らしく、部屋にシャンプー・石けんは置いていないので、注意が必要です。
立地は、やや郊外にあり、街中に出るには、少し不便かも知れません。
The environment is eco friendly and the service attendants are fantastic. I am surprised there is no shower gel provided and no hand wash liquid in the toilet.
