Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt eine Terrasse auf dem Dach. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut

Très agréable séjour au cœur du quartier gothique
Pros:

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, la suite spacieuse, les petits déjeuners servis à table . La disponibilité du personnel.

Cons:

L’ascenseur souvent indisponible car encombré par les sacs de ménage même si je comprend qu’il faut bien que cela se fasse! Le bruit la nuit , malgré le double vitrage . Le manque d’aération dans la salle de bain qui ne permet pas aux serviettes de bien sécher .

Un séjour super sous le soleil de Barcelone
Pros:

C’est un établissement avec une équipe très accueillante
Nous avons passé quatre nuits
Le seul bémol c’est que la chambre 501 (dernière étage) avait une très petite fenêtre, par contre le dernier on avait accès à une petite terrasse
L’emplacement est top
Le petit déjeuner très copieux
Établissement vivement recommandé

Very clean
Location is great ;close to metro and walkable to many areas.
Young girl on evening duty who spoke to us about Barcelona ( she was not into football) didn’t catch her name but so very lovely
The cleaner Olivia was wonderful too.

Cons:

Very small rooms so slightly squishy but still manageable ( budget room)
Even reception area was tiny.

Very friendly but not well adapted for mobility access.
Pros:

Excellent location in Ciutat Vella. Nice varied breakfast. Helpful staff. Roof terrace good for a picnic

Cons:

No ramp so we had to manhandle my mobility scooter up or down a small step to go in and out (though staff were on hand to help if needed).
Small lift so we had to heave the scooter sideways slightly every time we went up to the room or down to go out.
Light switches very oddly placed (couldn't switch off bedside light except by the door).

Molto accogliente, camera pulita e ben fornita, sia di asciugamani che prodotti per il bagno, come shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

Weekend lungo in Barca
Pros:

Web check in, staff accogliente e preparato ( hanno risolto in pochi minuti un problema a una finestra che si era bloccata), posizione, pulizia. Ristorante, ottima qualità del cibo

Centrally located hotel in Gothic Quarter. Modern bright rooms with Excellentbreakfast
Pros:

Location, great breakfast served by a very efficient friendly waiter, bright clean modern room with large bathroom. Hotel surrounded by lovely restaurants.

Cons:

Coffee/tea provided in room but only provided two small milks (enough for one small cup) had to ask every day at reception for milk. Sometimes they were unable to provide as housekeeping had finished for the day.
