I ask for a refund because the door didn’t lock and they told me i have to wait till the next days

My booking was on one address, and the check in was a few blocks away. But, when I got there, there was a sign telling me to go to a third location, again a few blocks away. Luckily, I only had a backpack, I can’t imagine all that walking with a suitcase. Avoid this place if you have luggage.

Sheet were dirty, I reported as soon as I arrived but they never sent anyone to change them. The kid across the hallway screamed to his videogame the whole weekend, I also asked front desk but they didn’t do anything.
You have to register in an app to access the room; a different app to use the laundry, which has only one dryer for the whole building. I was only able to dry my clothes after midnight.
You need to check in a few blocks away from the address of the booking, and the room was yet in a third building. Lots of walking.

This place is an experiment in humans helping other humans. Check-in location was a challenge to locate, there were no obvious signs to direct us. Luckily, we encountered another guest that experienced similar confusion and directed us to the checkin office.

The key card assigned to open the room had issues with the main entrance. Another guest let us in. No issues once we were in the building.

I’m giving a two overall since this seemed to be a new concept, but experimenting with guests that are not familiar with location can be a stressful situation. The room was generally clean and did not stay long enough to gather if location was convenient.

Did what I needed, a place to rest after a long flight before the next leg of my journey

Very good value for money, coffee place and supermarket next door. A bit noisy and the bed was not very comfortable, missing pillows and AC did not work properly. Veery cheap compared to other options, so I cannot really complain... perfect for budget stay in Madrid if you do not spend much time in the room!

2 horas y media de cola para hacer el check in. Terrible! Llegué a las 20h y a las 22:30h me dieron un acceso con el teléfono. Tercermundista no tenerlo automatizado con envío directo al telefono sin obligar a lacer el check in fisico.

Erg kleine kamers, zeer luidrustig geen ontbijt of koffie mogelijkheden, drama om een taxi te krijgen.

The place was weird and difficult to find, the front desk are in different location.And when we find the front desk, i have to walk like twenty minutes to get to the room.Very inconvenience plate.

La struttura e la camera sono nuove, il problema è il servizio, prima mi dicono di fare il check-in ad un indirizzo e poi ti mandano in un altro posto a 600 metri.
Arrivato li, prima attendo 20 minuti per la coda al check-in, poi non riescono ad aprire la mia camera, cosi che aspetto altri 45 minuti per poter entrare nella mia stanza

Cheguei as 19 hrs para checkin. Tinham mais de 50 pessoas na fila e apenas um funcionário para atender.
Fui jantar sem banho e voltei as 23:30. Ai tinham 17 pessoas esperando e um funcionario para atender!!! Consegui entrar no meu quarto ja era mais de 1:30am!!!
Reservei um quarto duplo com banheiro no meio, , o quarto que me deram não é duplo e o colchão é duro, alem de ter apenas um travesseiro por cama.
Isso é inaceitavel!!!
ESPERO REPARAÇÃO FINANCEIRA POR ESSE TRANSTORNO ABSURDO!!!!

Je n'ai pas reçu l'adresse de la réception malgré ma demande. Enregistrement très long et explications pour rejoindre la chambre dans un autre bâtiment un peu sommaire

El barrio no se ve muy bien

My toilet broke halfway into my one week stay and there was no attempt to resolve it. There was a screw sticking out by 1cm out of the ground in front of the dresser I kept stepping on. Will not take out trash or give a new towel. Took a day to get a wifi password. Very difficult to reach the front desk. The interior is clean and modern and that was the saving factor. Would not recommend overall

Very nice room with A/C.
Walking distance supermarket. Good pizza across the street.
No refrigerator.
A small fridge would be great.
Very small 2 packages of shower/shampoo gel. I had to buy bigger ones in the supermarket.

Es una buena alternativa para pernoctar en Madrid a un precio relativamente asequible, 155€/noche.
Tiene que mejorar claramente el proceso de checkig que es eterno y las indicaciones de llegada, todos los que estábamos en el checkig nos confundimos y fuimos de edificio en edificio.
No recomiendo cenar en el Lizarran que está cerca, la cena fue decepcionante.

This is a dorm residence. We booked a room considering pics on Expedia, amenities etc. We were placed in an annex with no access to amenities. Check in was long and cumbersome. The first night when we returned from sightseeing we were locked out of room…45 mins to figure that out.
If price is your number one consideration, this may be the place for you…otherwise choose another.

Not bad.
