Eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche
Pros:

Wir haben uns von Anfang an im Hotel wohlgefühlt, alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die ihren Stil durch das ganze Hotel beibehält; schöne Roof Top Bar mit Pool für abends, auch zur Beobachtung der Sonnenuntergänge; gutes Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt; auch an Behinderte wurde gedacht, z.B. bei den Pools, der Außentoilette........

A beautiful place, wonderful staff, fab beach.
Pros:

The fantastic staff and the great decor. A fabulous find.
Interesting choices of very fresh food.

Cons:

Loved everything. Just one thing for me, the bed and pillows were too hard.
Main course in restaurant not so great on first night but great on second night.

Pros:

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden, Ausstattung der Zimmer, Lage des Hotels bezüglich des Strandes. Zimmer mit Meerblick (So kennt man es sonst mir aus Werbeanzeigen, aber hier ist es echt!). Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Die Organisation im Restaurant am Abend kann noch ein wenig besser sein.

Sehr erholsam und entschleunigend
Pros:

Tolle Lage am Kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Gut durchdachtes Gesamtkonzept, beispielsweise die Organisation des Abendessens. Der Nachhaltigkeitsgedanke und das Bestreben Lebensmittelverschwendung zu minimieren, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Qualität der vegetarischen Speisen war hervorragend. Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr bemüht. Den Trinkwasserspender inkl. Eismaschine haben wir gerne genutzt.Es gibt auf jeder der drei Parkebenen mehrere Ladepunkte, um Elektrofahrzeuge kostenpflichtig zu laden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Baustelle im Hotel nebenan war zeitweise laut. Die Matratze war auf einer Seite durchgelegen, wurde von uns nicht reklamiert, wäre sonst vielleicht behoben worden. Die Auswahl, Kennzeichnung und Varianz der vegetarischen Hauptspeisen ist ausbaufähig. Das Parken ist mit 19€ pro Nacht teuer.

L'accueil, le confort, la localisation sur la plage, les services comme la piscine et jacuzzi intérieur, les restaurants avec le petit déjeuner et les plats méditerranéens et la plancha en demi-pension et tout ce qui est proposé comme le yoga, dégustation de vin et autre atelier... On a pu en payant un supplément prendre une chambre avec piscine partagée. Le parking en plus.

Cons:

On a pas pu s'inscrire à l'activité du jour +1, il faudrait peut être réserver des places pour ceux qui arrivent ou comme c'est hors saison, augmenter le nombre de personnes possible par atelier.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, tolle Lage, Lounge One Konzept ist super

Cons:

Manchmal war der Service sehr unaufmerksam und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass nicht alle Angestellten ausreichend informiert waren über die Abläufe und Angebote im Hotel. Aber die Unzulänglichkeiten wurden nach der Reklamation freundlich und grosszügig wieder gutgemacht. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass bei einer Vollbelegung des doch sehr grossen Hotels gewisse logistische Probleme spürbar sind.
