Nach einem Stromausfall funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht mehr. Und es wäre schön, wenn es auch Cocktails ohne Alkohol gäbe.

Super schönes sauberes Hotel mit einem top Ambiente. Ganz freundlichen Personal und einer guten Küche. Ja, es gibt immer mal was aus dem Buffet oder a la carte; was man evtl. nicht perfekt findet, aber in Summe ist es echt eine 10/10. viele frische und gesunde Speisen, aber auch fürs herzhafte ist genügend dabei

Cons:

Man kann maximal über die Getränkepreise am Pool moppern, aber wenn man die Sangria durch einen tinto de verano tauscht, ist es auch wieder fair.

La ubicación, instalaciones y comodidades, la cama, las vistas si la pagas, las vistas desde todo el recinto, el cuidado y detalles, tavira toproof y la atención de su personal, el desayuno, las hamacas y colchones de la piscina

El protocolo THE ONE, las habitaciones del mismo son mejores pero el concepto del servicio no aporta exclusividad ni ventajas. No se puede sacar nada al exterior y la variedad y cantidad de comida y bebida (salvo espirituosos) son muy escasas. Tampoco te explican bien el funcionamiento ni contenido cuando te insisten en el upgrade. En estas habitaciones los baños no tienen intimidad en la zona del inodoro..Los vasos para el zumo son muy pequeños.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, den hervorragenden Service und das außergewöhnlich gute Essen. Auch die wunderschöne Anlage und das stilvolle Ambiente haben uns absolut überzeugt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz sicher wieder!
