The Social Hub San Sebastián

Worst service. I spent two hours at the desk getting empty promises instead of an actual solution to a problem that wasn’t even on my side (a complete disconnect between them and Airbnb). In the end they basically ripped me off and left me with no options in the middle of the night. Highly not recommended.

This is an awesome place to visit. As a solo traveler the Social Hub has such a welcoming vibe. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to help guests and make them feel welcome and at home. The events are a lot of fun! I joined Tardeo, the Sunday morning run and the Wednesday morning yoga class. I cannot wait to go back!

An incredible guest, but noisy. But I understand that it is the guest's responsibility and that hotel staff do not work in a daycare center.

Great stay and really lovely staff. If I was to nitpick, the only issue is maybe a bit far from the centre but plenty of cheap parking nearby!

Very comfortable and funky

The rooms are spacious, and the accessible bathroom is also very well sized.
However, the storage for clothes in the room is insufficient, and in the bathroom there is none at all — which is simply unacceptable. There is nowhere to place a toiletry bag, personal care items, or even a toothbrush. Additionally, there are not enough towel hooks in the bathroom.
Breakfast is good, but it would be nice if, besides the artificial scrambled eggs, there were also boiled or fried eggs available.
At the restaurant, I had a Caesar salad and a hamburger. Both were tasty, but the portions were rather small.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I find the room rates too high for what is offered.

Rent och fräscht men ganska opersonligt hotel med egen incheckning som tar tid Rummen är ganska tråkigt inredda och det tar ca 30
min att gå in till centrum

Tolle und moderne Unterkunft am Rande von San Sebastian, beste Anbinding in die Stadt mit vielen Bussen. Das Konzept des Social Hubs ist genial und es ist mit Leben gefüllt. Der Pool am Dach ist genial, super bequeme Liegen. Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht. Von Deftig bis Süß!

Everything you could wish for

Very functional, if that’s what you’re looking for. Free laundry machines and a large gym were nice perks. Everything works and is clean. Not at all romantic or tasteful in decor, if that’s what you prefer. I wouldn’t come here on a honeymoon, but as a base camp for other activities it works well. Outside of the city center though (25 minute walk). Scrambled eggs at breakfast need work.

Parking right outside the modern hotel 4eu a night. Great gym, swimming pool. Large open shared spaces. Great bedroom and v good shower. Fabulous breakfast. Very convenient for visiting San Sebastián.
