Super ontbijt, top locatie, vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, voldoende ruimte voor 2 personen. We hadden een kamer met een apart zwembad. Dat was erg goed geregeld!

My stay at Marenses Natura Olea Hotel in Mallorca was incredible; honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect: the place was spotless, the staff were so kind and helpful, the food was amazing, and the location couldn’t be better. You can really tell they care about every detail. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

The experience was very impressive from the very start of checking into our room form any request we had for the week was taken care of by the staff no exceptions will be retuning for another amazing experience

It was amazing staying at this hotel, the cleanliness was top-notch, everything was spotless and very clean, my family and I were delighted.

We stayed at the Marsenses Natura Olea Hotel in October 2025 and had a good stay overall. The hotel is small and intimate, which we really liked, and the staff were all kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist with anything we needed.

Our room was modern and nicely decorated, with a great lounge area that had a comfy sofa and a small kitchen space. The balcony had a swinging chair which was a nice touch. The only downside was the bathroom — it was very small compared to the rest of the room and felt a bit cramped to use.

The pool area was modern and spacious with plenty of sunbeds and a small pool bar, which made it a nice spot to relax during the day. Although there was not a separate bar in the hotel for the evening time.

The only area that let the hotel down a bit was the food. There were a few choices, but we didn’t think the quality was great. Breakfast especially often seemed cold and needed topping up more regularly. We often found long waits for getting served tea and coffee or paying for drinks.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel had a nice atmosphere. With a few small improvements, it could be excellent. Thanks

I am here at the moment with my family . Small hotel , very clean throughout . Abs no storage in the 1 bedroom apartments ! Esp bathroom , had more room on a cruise ship Restaurant has a very limited choice each night albeit tasty but Luke warm , we have had very undercooked chicken and pork , the manager was very apologetic , the staff are all friendly . We are now halfway through the last week before they close for the season and def feel, esp today around the pool, that we are in the way of the staff clearing up, boxing up and gettin ready to shut! No more tea bags at breckfast so we will see what else runs out now! 20 mins walk into Cala dor , 10 more to Marina . A half stocked convenience shop on the same road. We have chosen to eat out tonight and have spotted a nice steak house at the marina for Friday . Would def not return here.

We have just returned from a couples 10 night stay here. We had a fabulous time, we were greeted by Sara in reception with a huge smile, she ran through all the information, restaurant timings etc.. We did our research and booked block A, with access to the exclusive pool, no problems with getting sun beds at either of the pools,  our room was spacious, comfy and clean. We stayed on a half board basis and ate in the reseraunt most of the time, food was  plentiful, well cooked and loads of choices, Javi and his team really looked after us. Pool bar was was also excellent, Everisto was attentive and very friendly. We would highly recommend the hotel, in our experience we don't think the low/negative reviews are justified, but unfortunately you'll never please everyone, especially tactical reviews with an aim to getting discounts/freebees whilst at the hotel, we totally agree with the majority of reviews, which are  5*

A comparatively small comfortable and quiet hotel , the staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly George on reception and Javi and his staff in the restaurant, nothing is too much trouble . The food is excellent , plenty of variety , well presented and delicious.
The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a balcony with views over the pools and a green valley.
This is very a very hilly area which is not good for those with any sort of mobility issue , in the hotel although there is a lift, there are steps to negotiate to access any rooms or public areas with no handrails and no porterage offered
I would like to see a comfortable lounge area for residents, and a jacuzzi.
Walking to the beach is very steep and not for the faint hearted , no handrails on the steep steps .
I have no complaints about the hotel
other than the access but would not visit this area again due to the terraine.

This hotel is well worth a visit we had room C201 and it was very comfortable and clean. The food is great. Staff lovely and friendly.

We looked at reviews before travelling and most looked great with the odd negative but that’s normal in our experience.

Our flight was delayed so lost a day of our holiday and arrived in the small hours of the following day. Reception staff friendly. Shown immediately to our room (superior one bedroom apartment with pool view B503) which was on the top floor. Room was impressive, looked clean and well laid out. Kitchen/dining/living room area was small but well equipped. Bedroom was ideal with loads of hanging space in the wardrobe. We brought hangers based on reviews which did come in handy. Toilet/shower room was compact but shower was good and had a rainfall shower as an option which was nice. Balcony was lovely, had 2 really comfortable chairs, a table and a swinging egg chair that we absolutely loved. The views were awesome. Looking over parts of Cala D’or and a lot of greenery. It was so peaceful and relaxing and we felt really isolated and private which suited us. Only cons I’d mention regarding room was storage space for things like toiletries and small items. The shower room had literally no space to put anything so we had to keep bringing toiletries in and out of it. Not a show stopper but was annoying. The bedroom could also do with a vanity shelf but again it didn’t put us off. Our room was serviced once I’m 5 nights which we did have a most about but believe it was just an oversight and it wasn’t that much of a problem except trying to dry our towels!! The room was overall absolutely fantastic.

We went half board and only ate in the restaurant a couple of times. Food was lovely from what we tried. Staff really nice too.

Pool area was quiet and private. No complaints at all.

Overall a fantastic find for us. A quieter area of Cala D’or that was absolutely up our street. A thoroughly enjoyable short holiday and we will hopefully be back one day.

Just a quick review as we are still here and dont usually do reviews, but feeI I have to after lack of help and compassion from jet2 and the hotel. We will do a more in depth one when we are home.

We paid extra for a swim up access room with private terrace,hanging chair etc( see pic of jet2 website) this is what we got(pic with 2 chairs on a 2 foot terrace) not enough room to even put our feet on the floor when sitting in chairs. Pool freezing. Room dark,damp full.of worms,woodlice,millipedes etc. Wedding complainant were offered the room.next door with slight bigger terrace but smelled even worse than ours! Yes it LOOKS beautiful first inspection but absolutely NOT worth the price. No storage whatsoever, our toiletries on bathroom floor with insects crawling all over them.
Restaurant looks beautiful, nice staff, food selection not good(apart from salad bar) lots of tapas like dishes and always cold, not had a hot meal yet!
Jet 2 and hotel not interested so we will make the best of it but after travelleling all over the world, would not recommend and will not return. Definitely not a 4 star and dont know how it has been listed as one. Yes it LOOKS beautiful but rooms are not practical and unhygienic on ground floor rooms are damp, full of insects and dirty drain smells. This could be a lovely hotel if management had actually acted on some of the previous comments in the previous reviews but unfortunately it looks like they haven't.
Absolutely not worth the 2 hour transfer in my opinion and area not fantastic, couple of small not aesthetically pleasing beaches( i really don't know where people.are looking when they say its beautiful) and a few overpriced understocked spar shops.

My friend and I have just returned from our 5 night stay.
We absolutely loved the hotel. The one bedroomed apartment was fabulous....fully equipped and very clean and modern. I would say though that there were no bedroom drawers or storage in the shower room.
The food in the restaurant was absolutely top notch with regard to the choice and quality....we ended up eating in every evening. Plus, the staff in there were fabulous, especially Javi and Christian who were both exceptional.
The hotel location is just far enough from the hustle and bustle, but only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The layout for the hotel is a bit quirky as it has a small reception and no lounge / communal areas. You have to go back outside to get into where the rooms are!
Overall, it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely go back and also look at other Marsenses hotels 👍
