We loved it .
Pros:

We loved the apartment and the private pool and patio .
We suggest better lighting throughout and a mirror in the second bedroom . The staff were exceptional

Pros:

La struttura è posta nel verde, con stanze ampie e confortevoli e pulite.
Arredi nuovi e con buona posizione.
A pochi passi da una caletta tranquilla con acque cristalline(perfetta per chi non si vuole spostare)...e vicino a tutte le città principali per chi vuole girare.
Formula colazione e cena abbondante e varia come scelta, personale disponibile e cordiale,Manuel e Rodrigo hanno sempre una parola buona e attenzione per i clienti!
Reception infallibile e la cordialità qui è davvero di casa! Spero di venire a trovarvi presto!

Superbe établissement à taille humaine .
Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour sa gentillesse et sa compétence.
Mention spéciale pour Anaëlle,Claudia .
A l’accueil qui sont adorables et nous ont aidé à résoudre un problème avec la voiture de location.
Encore merci…. Merci aussi à Youssef pour son sourire .
La nourriture est aussi excellente .
Je recommence à 100 pour cent !!!

Excelente trato y calidad/precio
Pros:

Me gustó el trato que nos dieron, la habitación estaba muy bien y el buffet fantástico.

Cons:

No me gustó el horario de la piscina, creo que no se adapta para como lo podríamos aprovechar, está muy adaptado al horario “guiri” y no al horario real.

Pros:

Hotel is amazing, better than expected, but we really liked how good we felt there. From the first minute we arrived in the hotel until the last. Everyone was really kind, ready to fullfill all our wishes and make us feel special.

We also liked the little things, like a little welcome suprise, having a musician playing a piano during breakfast, or small concerts in the evening.

Pros:

L’amabilitat del personal de l’hotel i del restaurant. Van posar facilitats amb tot el que vam necessitar. Tenia problemes digestius i van esta molt atents amb tot. Molt agraïda a tot!

Cons:

L’habitació és correcte. Però quan vam arribar estava ben freda i ens va costar una mica arribar a una temperatura òptima. Per altra banda, l’horari del sopar ens va condicionar perquè s’acabava molt aviat.

Pros:

Tout était génial ! Le personnel très sympathique et parle plusieurs langues ce qui est toujours très pratique. Les piscines sont magnifiques, la nourriture très bonne et l’emplacement juste à côté de la plage et de nombreux points d’intérêts

Cons:

Il faudrait mieux préciser pour la deuxième piscine qui est privé et pas accessible à tout le monde !

Obsługa bardzo pomocna, czysto, hotel dla dorosłych czyli cisza spokój, do plaży 5 min spacerem Cala d’Or posiada piękne plaże zw uroczych zatoczkach, w hotelu wszystko co potrzeba basen z wystarczającą ilością leżaków mała siłownia, bar przy basenie. Animacje w postaci koncertów na żywo raz w tygodniu śniadanie przy akompaniamencie pianisty 👌
