Tolle Location in der Innenstadt mit Abstrichen und leider Preis-Leistungsverhältnis übertrieben.
Pros:

Der super freundliche Empfang bei Anreise mit Kaffee und Wasser durch den Chef des Teams, tolles Früheinchecken ins Zimmer um 10 Uhr direkt nach Ankunft im Hotel möglich. Super zuvorkommende und kostenlose Nutzung des Zimmers am Abreisetag bis 15 Uhr, dadurch konnten wir noch ohne Stress zum Strand und im Meer schwimmen. Das sehr private Abendessen nur für uns zwei im Hotel war qualitativ sehr gut (orientalische Küche), trotz einiger sprachlicher Verständigungsschwierigkeiten mit dem Koch/Restaurantchef ein sehr schöner Abend :-) Gute Weinauswahl. Das Konzept mit 14 Zimmern/Ambiente und die tolle behutsame Restaurierung des Hotels ist gut gelungen.

Cons:

Bei Buchung über booking.com erhält man oft die schlechtesten Zimmer, wie auch diesmal leider (Behindertenzimmer im EG, an dem fast alle Gäste der oberen Etagen vorbeigehen, kleines Fenster, etwas dunkler Raum).Der Teamchef hatte uns wegen der Auslastung noch die letzten beiden Nächte in einem besseren Zimmer versprochen, ist aber leider wegen anderer Ansprechpartner im Hotel in Vergessenheit geraten/ ev. haben wir uns auch nicht nochmal aktiv bemerkbar gemacht. Direkt neben dem Hotel Baustelle und Lärm am Tag, Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Baukran (kann das Hotel ja nichts für, aber einen diskreten Hinweis darauf vor unserer Anreise hätten wir erwartet :-( ). Das Frühstück entsprach leider hauptsächlich in der Zubereitung und dem Service nicht dem 5 Sterne Anspruch des Hotels, 1. Tag - Ei Benedikt so schlecht wie nie vorher (in Fett und vom Speck ertränkt, ohne Sauce Hollandaise etc.) deshalb zurückgegeben und einfach nur bedient- wollte auch kein Neues 2.Tag - neuer Versuch - Pancake nicht zu essen, nur die Früchtegarnierung sehr ansprechend (nicht durchgebacken, roher Teig in der Mitte des cakes, nicht mal der Rand konnte gegessen werden) 4. Tag - gekochtes Ei, welches schon mit aufgeplatzter Schale serviert wurde (beim Versuch es zu essen explodierte dieses, da es schlecht war und mein Oberteil war von der stinkenden Brühe versaut). Als Wiedergutmachung wurde mir wenigstens ein Baklava vom Vorabend gebracht. Aber die Tagesanfänge waren insgesamt mehr als suboptimal trotz der tollen Location mit Blick in den Innenhof. Da ist in der Frühstücksküche noch ganz ganz viel Luft nach oben bei einem Preis von 30 Euro pro Person. Wir waren super enttäuscht :-( :-( :-( . Die bessere Auswahl und Schulung des Personals in der Küche und beim Service sollte unserer Meinung nach dringend erfolgen. Bei Abreise und Bezahlung wurden wir nicht gefragt, wie es uns gefallen hat. Ev. auch aus Erwartung der Antwort !? Die 3-5 Kreuzfahrtschiffe pro Tag sind Horror in der...

Ein schönes langes Wochenende, was uns das Hotel leicht gemacht hat
Pros:

Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut, Shopping als auch durch kleine Gassen Bummeln.
Gute Restaurants ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Frühstück bis um 13:00 ist besonders zu erwähnen. Frisch zubereitete Speisen und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen runden den tollen Aufenthalt ab.
Rooftop ist noch erwähnenswert, sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Fällt uns aktuell nichts ein, außer dass unsere Junior Suite kleine Fenster hatte im Vergleich zu anderen Zimmern. Da wir meist unterwegs waren ist es abends nicht besonderes aufgefallen, waren meist am Rooftop.

Pros:

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue excelente de principio a fin. El trato del personal fue inmejorable: siempre atentos, cercanos y a nuestra disposición para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Nos ayudaron con cada petición de forma rápida y con una actitud súper amable, haciéndonos sentir cómodos en todo momento. Da gusto alojarse en un sitio donde realmente se preocupan por que tu estancia sea perfecta. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

Pros:

Loved the location. The staff were very attentive . The character of the building rooms and courtyard were really special. Felt like our own private townhouse in Palma. We were there for the New year celebrations and it was perfect. The location for the fireworks by the Cathedral couldn’t be better ❤️
