Great stay. Could not ask for a better location. Staff was very friendly.

I loved the location of the property, and that the property was very clean.

Very central location, perfect for exploring Seville.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was about 50 metres from the cathedral so right in the centre of things. Two great little breakfast bars very close by. And dozens of wonderful tapas bars within a short walk. There was also a rooftop terrace.

Great location, not new, not for people looking for quiet room
Pros:

Great location. Right next to the La Giralda and Royal Alcazar.
All basic items needed were provided or available, clean towels, electric kettle, free of charge coffee (suprisingly good for capsules machine), and water bottles. We did not need cleaning services but we were told it would be done each time we would signal it by hanging 'please clean the room' thingy on the door handle.
Access to rooftop terrace (especially after bar closing hours) was nice. It has La Giralda tower view.
Personel we have contact with was nice and helpful.
Overal it is ok apartment if you accept few downsides I mention below (if you do not have high standards and do not mind some noise, and have access to mobile internet.)

Cons:

Tldr; old room bit they seem to try to keep it clean, cost of access to rooftop terrace is noise and reduced privacy. Wifi could be better.

Need some renovation - room was as clean as possible for interior age but it was visible it have not seen major changes in years. Sliding bathroom doors looked like they may fall off as they also swing in and out on upper hinges only. Some black spots in the corners in the bathroom etc. Nothing major.
This is not a huge issue, (for now) if you value great location more.
What may be an issue for others is the terrace which is nice to use but is also a source of noise in the evening when restaurant guests talk loudly there. For us it was not a huge issue as we are not sensitive for noise and we noticed it only once for a while but for others it may be uncomfortable.
What was also little annoying was that even though apartment has 6 windows we had to have blinders closed always on 4 of them as they faced the terrace (few meters away) and restaurant guests could literally look into the room (bedroom, room, bathroom- depending on window so not careful guests can put quite a show :) ).

Main room sofa was squeeking at each move (we also slept on it) -it would be good to fix this.
Wifi could be better and should be chcecked by someone as it was quite slow and my samsung phone screamed it detected suspicious activity in it and I should disconnect.

Prima Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen in Sevilla
Pros:

Super Bett, sehr ruhig , Super Lage, schönes Altstadthaus, schöner Dachgarten, unkompliziertes Personal, mein Mann konnte mit Gehhandicap( mit Rollator) gut dort sein

Pros:

l'emplacement est parfait; tout est faisable à pied. au calme une fois les fenêtre fermées.
les lits faits et serviettes changées à la demande

Cons:

pas de personnel sur place, pas de réception
l'entrée se fait par un restaurant, qui était tout le temps vide mais la questions des odeurs et du bruit se pose si
chambre si petite que pas possible d'avoir une table de nuit chacun

Die Lage ist super.
Das Hotel hat Charme, weil es alt und traditionell ist.
Das Empfangspersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation per sms schnell und einfach.
Die Dachterrasse ist cool.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist recht klein.
Am meisten hat mich aber der Lärm vom Restaurant unten gestört. Der Eingang vom Hotel ist gleichzeitig ein Restaurant. Man hört also bis in die obersten Stockwerke jedes Detail.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro y muy cerca de todo. Tiene una terraza preciosa con vistas a la catedral.
La cama y las almohadas estaban bien. Las sábanas muy limpias

Cons:

No tienen recepción y tuvimos que hacer el ckeck in en una mesa del restaurante que hay en las instalaciones. Fue un poco incómodo con gente comiendo en la mesa de al lado.
El colchón del sofá cama no es cómodo
