habitación muy cómoda, con vista al mar ; hotel en la playa, excelente servicio, restaurante hermoso y delicioso, el personal muy atentos y lindos , en especial Ana y Julieta

Wonderful place to stay

Das Badezimmer war sehr dreckig und unhygienisch. Renovation ist notwendig oder Ersetzen von einigen Gegenständen wie zB Klobürste Abfalleimer etc.
das Frühstück ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Es wurde immer kalt serviert, die Auswahl war klein und es war geschmacklich nicht lecker. Ausserdem war auch des Restaurant sehr unhygienisch, vorallem Salz, Olivoil Spender. Wurde wahrscheinlich über Monate nicht geputzt.
Eher laut aufgrund vom Marina Beach Club.
Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Schade, denn das Hotel hätte vom 1. Eindruck charm!

Frühstück lecker, Service leider überfordert

L’hôtel est bien située sur la plage; un bel intermède entre Barcelone et Madrid. . . Tramway-métro et bus à quelques mètres de l’hôtel. Et les pieds dans le sable à la sortie de l’hôtel…..

Staff: super friendly and nice
Cleanliness: clean bedsheets and overall room was clean, but bathroom had areas covered with black spots, cups were never washed and windows facing sea were dirty
Food: breakfast was ok, traditional spanish, but 2 out 5 days they were missing some ingredients and the service was very slow (we had to complain once as there was only 1 person serving the entire breakfast for all guests resulting in a waiting time of 40-50 minutes)
Comfort: beachfront, great for beach lovers and party people. However, nearby night club and open air concerts were there 5 out of 5 nights lastin till 4am. Rooms are not soundproof so you feel like you're sleeping in a fan zone of a random rock concert. Probably, the only hotel in Spain from which i couldn't wait to checkout

Let me start off by saying the front desk staff was very helpful and kind, however, the minute we walked onto the floor, the stench was overwhelming, the rooms did not smell, but the hallway smelled like really bad plumbing issues. We usually covered our noses and ran to the elevator because it was overwhelming. Aside from that the water in our shower wasn’t going down and it had nothing to do with a clog, but rather the way it was built. The water was just pooling on the opposite side of where the drain was it was quite gross. Lastly, the sink in the bathroom-two minutes into being in the room I went to wash my hands and the water wasn’t going down. We called and they said they would fix it and came to the room to fix it but it was still not really going down…so yeaaa, the ick. The front desk is polite and accommodating, the location is great, but the room needed some plumbing done along with the stinky hallway. They do provide you with towels and a beach umbrella. There is street parking but we paid for the underground. I hope this helps.

Very friendly and motivated team at lobby! In restaurant too few service guys, what often leads to waiting time (we had only breakfast).

Wir haben spontan für 3 Nächte im Hotel Casa Bassa übernachtet und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es befinden sich viele Restaurants in direkter Nähe, genauso wie der Strand. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca 600m entfernt. Anbindung mit Bus und Bahn sind direkt vor der Haustür.

Booked last minute when we missed our flight to somewhere else. The hotel was surer cute, the decor was on point, the breakfast choices were amazing for being included in the price of the room, and Ana at the front desk was an absolute gem. It's close to the beach, shops, and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Would highly recommend.

No es mi primera eatancia en el hotel y siempre me gusta que estas al lado de la playa, que el desayuno es increible. Las hanitaciomes son normales g decoradas con todos neutros y las que dan a la parte de atras son tranquilas. El restaurante tambien muy rico (aunque les falta personal a primera hora)

Really nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from, and right on the beach.
Only criticism was the noise from nearby nightclubs which went on throughout the night.

The hotel was good. Although they gave me the wrong WiFi information make sure you get the correct one.

Excellent beach. Beach front. Easy parking. Excellent breakfast! Complete coffee setup in room. Very loud music until 2 am and later. Very festive area. Big loud dance nightclubs full of young people showing off their bodies.many fireworks displays Felt safe! Plenty of security and pleasent local police. Would definitely return.

The staff are great. They always to help and guide you. And location is also very good for restaurants, not for sleep. Marina Beach techno party goes boom boom boom from 12:30 in the afternoon until 3:30 in the morning. So if you do not like noise, this is not for you.

Very nice hotel, everything is as advertised.

The hotel is very nice, a more modern, organic-looking style. There is free water near the lobby area to refill your container. Breakfast is good, but no option for almond or soy milk. Dinner is good too. They let us borrow an umbrella and chair, which was nice along with beach towels. Anna at the front desk was excellent and gave many good recs on restaurants. The only thing we did not like is the Loud music coming from other hotels, which was annoying pass 1 am.
