Our overall experience was good, although there were some things that needed improvement, such as making us wait an hour and a quarter to get our room, which is to say at 4:15 p.m. and data protection was not respected, as I received marketing from other services on my personal cell phone. The hotel has everything it needs to be a four-star hotel, but minor modifications to the service will meet expectations.

Pros:

La verdad es que la primera impresión fue buena. Un hotel reformado recientemente y con buena cara.
Lo bueno:
- bien ubicado
- piscina
- spa
- restaurante
- recepcionistas muy amables
Las cosas malas son:
- nos dieron una habitación que daba a la carretera y el ruido de los coches molestó toda la noche.
- la cama era muy corta. Mido 1.85 y mis pies quedaban fuera totalmente
- los precios de los servicios (spa, masajes) creo que son más elevados de lo debido
- en el anuncio de hoteles.com no se informa en ningún momento sobre que el spa tiene un precio a parte por persona

El encargado de recepcion sin modales ninguno sin educacion ninguna, no tiene nivel ninguno para un hitel de 4 estrellas en sitios de menos mivel me han trstado mucho mejor. Por cierto es in señor calvo

1Las luces de toda la,estancia se encienden y apagan en bloque sin posibilidad de tener luz en mesillas de noche o sobre el sillon de lectura. Si se apaga la luz desde la entrada hay que ir a oscuras a la cama. A pesar de comunicarlo, parece que no hay solución.
2. La habitacion conecta con otras habitaciones desde dentro con una puerta por lo que se oye a la gente de la otra habitación.

El cambio a mejor que a experimentado este hotel es impresionante. El personal , en GENERAL, recepción,restaurante,servicios profesionales y facilitando cualquier necesidad que se plantease.
Un lugar para repetir muchas veces, en verano y en invierno.
