Rather like a sophisticated hostel, but very well presented.
Pros:

A little unusual as staff were not present after 15:00, and you used a key card for all entries, hotel and room.
Location suited us well, although I had specified parking on site. The road improvements prevented this, and to all immediate properties.
Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

All good apart from access due to roadworks.

Für eine Nacht okay, schön war es aber nicht

Guter Preis, gute Lage

Cons:

Leider sehr kleines Zimmer, Bauarbeiten, dünne Wände und Feueralarm mitten in der Nacht für eine Stunde!

Pros:

La chambre était propre.

Cons:

Aucun être vivant à l’accueil, seulement un code pour entrer dans l’édifice. Toute la rue était en construction, il n’étais pas possible de s’approcher de l’édifice, nous avons dû aller explorer à pied pour enfin le trouver. Un avertissement

La decoración. Mobiliario prácticamente nuevo.

No hay ascensor. Aunque eso no ha sido un inconveniente para nosotros, quizás otras personas tengan complicaciones para subir escaleras.

Buen hotel para visitar Santillana
Pros:

La ubicacion es perfecta para visitar Santillana. Cerca hay un parking publico.
El hotel esta muy limpio. Es un dos estrellas, pero cumple perfectamente.
Cama muy comoda.

Cama cómoda

Cons:

El apartamento estaba sucio, tenía pelos en el baño y polvo, olía mucho a tabaco, menos mal que nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitación, también llamamos antes de hacer la reserva y no nos informaron de que estaba la calle en obras y que tampoco podíamos acceder al parking y con golpes y ruidos de las obras desde las 8:00 de la mañana.
