Cama confortable. Iluminación.

Cons:

El olor a húmedas, las ventanas que tienen más de 50años, la humedad y moho en el baño, no ventilación , habitación sucia con insectos muertos . El desayuno es fatal. No hay nada y no está bueno.

스마트 체크인을 메일로 패스워드 보내줘서 쉽게 했고 1층에 전자렌지 있어서 간단히 음식 데워 먹을수도 있어요.
실내는 깨끗하고 난방도 잘 됐어요. 다만 외관보수공사중이여서 조심해야 합니다. 아주 편하게 잘 있다 왔습니다.

La habitacion muy pequeña, intento cambiarla porque hay otra vacia pagando la diferencia y no hay personal. Lo llevan todo por telefono que lo cogen cuando quieren/pueden. Falta del minimo servicio.

Realmente horrorosa.
Pros:

Buy bonita la Villa de Santillana del Mar.

Cons:

Reservamos con mucha antelación una habitación para dos personas.
Nos dieron una habitación en la última planta (tercera sin ascensosr), cargando dos maletas de 20 kilos, sin ninguna ayuda ni asistencia del personal.
Habíamos reservado para cuatro noches y sólo estuvimos una, aún a sabiendas que, probablemente y cómo así ocurrió, perderiamos lo abonado.
A la habitación para dos personas le habían incorporado una cama adicional que ocupaba todo el espacio, ní tan siquiera una mesa para utilizar cualquier dispositivo o tomar algo.
Cuando preguntamos por la razón de esta circunstancia y le recordamos que la reserva era para dos personas, el personal que nos atendió se atrevió a bromear con ello diciendo algo de tan mal gusto como; .." Así, si usted se pelea con ella la puede enviar a la otra cama..."
Las vistas eran desastrozas, una ventana alta que daba a un tejado malholiente desde el que se veía un prado cercado y devastado.
La incomodidad de la habitación era inllevable para cuatro noches.
Pésima experiencia y personal nada empático.
Intentamos resolver la situación tanto a través de booking como del propio hotel al no coincidir lo contratado en la web con la realidad pero todo fueron evasivas.
