Joli décoration . Très bon emplacement.

Cons:

Réservation faite pour 2 chambres avec 2 lits. D'après Booking, il ne restait que des chambres comme cela quand j'ai réservé. Finalement nous avons eu 2 chambres avec1 lit pas très large. C'est regrettable pour mes ma fille et mon fils qui ont dû dormir ensemble à 19 et 21 ans. Vraiment dommage.

Not bad for the price, but needs some improvements.
Pros:

Room was recently renovated. Good bathroom and location is pretty good (even though Santillana del Mar is a small village). It was easy to park nearby, but we weren't there on peak season. Room was ok for the price.

Cons:

No staff during most of the day, something I personally dislike. Room could be a bit cleaner (some dust here and there). Lack of towels, just 2 towels and that's it (no face towels, for example). So it is a bit basic. Communication a bit confusing, as there's no workers on the spot (apart from breakfast hours, I guess), you have to communicate through messages. Didn't answer my question.

Lo céntrico que estaba, la habitación era cómoda, el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy rico. La cama muy cómoda y las vistas desde la habitación espectacular

Lo único que puedo decir "malo" es que no tiene ascensor y al quedarnos en la última planta con un bebé era un poco malamañado, pero también comentar que no creo que ningun alojamiento tenga, ya que son pequeñitos, muy familiares.
