PARA EMPEZAR NO TIENEN PARKING Y TAMPOCO TIENEN ASCENSOR, POR LO QUE SI VAS CON MUCHO EQUIPAJE PREPÁRATE PARA DEJARTE LOS BRAZOS!!! CABE DESTACAR QUE LAS HABITACIONES *NO* ESTÁN INSONORIZADAS, YA QUE LAS PUERTAS SON DE MADERA FINA, ASI QUE ESCUCHAS TODO LO QUE PASA EN EL EDICIFICIO ENTERO Y EN LA HORA DEL DESAYUNO ESCUCHAS A TODO EL MUNDO QUE PASA Y DESAYUNA EN LA PLANTA BAJA.

LIMPIEZA LAMENTABLE, TE RECOGEN LA CAMA PERO NO CAMBIAN LAS SABANAS NI LAS TOALLAS. TIENEN UN CARTEL EN EL QUE PONE QUE NO SE CAMBIARÁ NADA HASTA EL TERCER DIA. EL BAÑO NO TIENE EXTRACTOR POR LO QUE TENDRÁS 3 DIAS LAS TOALLAS MOJADAS. LOS BAÑOS TIENEN MOHO DEBIDO A LA HUMEDAD. EN NUESTRO CASO TUVIMOS LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA JAMAS VIVIDA DEBIDO A QUE AL LLEGAR, APARENTEMENTE SE VEIA TODO "LIMPIO" PERO UNA VEZ DENTRO DE LA SABANA NOS PERCATAMOS QUE ESTABA LLENO DE PELOS Y UÑAS. Y EL OLOR QUE DESPRENDÍAN LAS SABANAS (A SUDOR DE 4 DIAS) NO SE PUEDE DESCRIBIR EN ESTE MENSAJE. VERGONZOSO, NO PUDIMOS PEGAR OJO HASTA LAS 4AM DE LO MAL QUE OLIA TODO. ENSEGUIDA MANDE MENSAJE QUEJANDOME DE LA SITUACIÓN Y HE DE DECIR QUE LA DUEÑA NO SE HIZO RESPONSABLE DE ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA. LO ÚNICO QUE SUPO HACER ES ECHARLE LA CULPA A LAVANDERIA Y LAVARSE LAS MANOS, VAMOS QUE LE IMPORTÓ UNA MIERDA LO QUE LE DIJIMOS Y MOSTRAMOS.

Aceptable si no hay otra opción mejor.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena y tiene facil aparcamiento al estar un poco alejada del casco antiguo. La habitación era pequeña pero limpia y suficiente para solo una noche de paso. El desayuno era aceptable.

Cons:

El código que nos dieron para entrar en la habitación ya se lo habian dado a otra pareja y cuando llegamos la habitación estaba ocupada, fueron unas horas de mucho estres hasta solucionarlo ya que por la tarde no hay personal en recepción y en el número de Whatsapp no cogían el teléfono. Eso lo deben mejorar y además avisar de las obras en la fachada y el ruido que genera.

La ubicación y el entorno!

Cons:

La limpieza era escasa porque nos encontramos varios pelos en el baño (bidé, retrete, ducha).
Suciedad en los cajones de la mesita de noche y en armario.
Y por resaltar que había obras y molestan ya que se oye todo. Además se oye todo, la ducha del de al lado, el secador, el desayuno de los de abajo por la mañana etc.

Esta casa es una ruina.

Del hotel nada, la zona es estupenda

En primer lugar, reservamos habitación DOBLE DE LUXE, tengan cuidado, ese tipo de habitación para ellos se traduce en un camastro con sábanas agujereadas, un baño diminuto con humedades en los techos y papelera de baño pegada con cinta adhesiva y lo peor es que ellos ya lo sabían!!!
Además, actuaron de mala fe, porque tenían toda la fachada del edificio en obras, ocupada con andamios y no nos advirtieron previamente.
Tengan en cuenta que las paredes son de papel de fumar, si tu vecino se tira un cuesco lo oyes perfectamente y cuando digo perfectamente, me refiero a eso, perfectamente. Olviden hacer el amor con su pareja, de eso no hablemos!!!
En el armario, 3 perchas, somos dos personas y permanecimos 5 días de vacas, asi que tuvimos que pedirlas, primero por menaje y al no atendernos, al día siguiente en recepción... y por fin conseguimos 3 perchas más.
En fin, no repetiremos.
