Cons:

Llegas y no hay nadie para atenderte. Todo es por mensajes de WhatsApp. Mala suerte si, como en mi caso, llegas sin batería después de una etapa del camino de Santiago de 36km. La recepción huele mal. La habitación deluxe con terraza es incómodamente pequeña. El aire acondicionado hacia un zumbido cada 2/3 minutos, sin parar, lo que hacía imposible descansar. Se lo comunicamos al responsable, adjuntándole videos y nos dice “que es que fuera hace bochorno”. Viniendo de Málaga, nos van a explicar lo que hace un aire cuando fuera hace calor o humedad… Sinceramente no lo recomendaría a nadie y no volveremos.

Pros:

La ubicación muy buena. La cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio en general. El personal también muy amable. El desayuno bastante bien para el precio que tiene.

Cons:

Se oía todo a través de la puerta de la habitación y las paredes, que eran muy finas. Las toallas del baño no secan nada, creo que ya deberían cambiarlas.

Perfecte plek voor bezoek aan Santillana!

Uitstekende ligging aan de rand van het dorp. Daardoor rustig. Nette kamers met goede bedden en goed comfort. Gratis parkeren.
