Stay in the new section as better than the old
Pros:

5 star luxury

Cons:

Teppanyaki restaurant. Was difficult to order in English and it turned out to be extremely expensive.

極度懷疑自己是不是傻了。
Pros:

位於展覽中心附近，附近有不少餐廳、小吃、蠻方便的。
反應環境後有立刻清潔，也非常有誠意的送上小禮物。

Cons:

房間髒亂、頭髮、果子、掉落食物、，滿地，牆角都是慢慢灰塵⋯跟客服反應後、有乾淨很多，但實在還是不行。
完全沒有熱水，只有溫水，洗澡發抖中。跟櫃檯反應說水流8分鐘後會有熱水⋯8分鐘我的天啊！太浪費水了，重點10分鐘後還是沒有熱水🤷‍♀️

Pros:

People can smoke inside the hotel. My room gets the smell of cigarettes from the hallway or so. Other than this, it’s a decent hotel in the area.

Pros:

At breakfast, 90% of the food is Chinese, with just a few Western options. The lobby bar is nice and has live music.

Cons:

Most of the staff did not speak English. The lobby bar closes too early like 11 pm.

Pros:

Nice buffet breakfast!

Cons:

Front Desk staff could not find my reservation and spoke no English....even told me via phone translator that the hotel name was not Regal Palace.....wasted atleast 15-20 minutes in the process before finally giving me a room!
