Imposible el autocheking, estábamos varias personas que tuvimos que contactar para que nos dieran acceso de entrada ya que era imposible hacerlo a través de la aplicación, lo que llevó un montón de tiempo perdido

Very bad experience does not worth the price

The check-in process was aggressive. They demand you to sign two contracts after taking your money and if you don’t agree with them they keep the money anyway!


It was dirty and there was no water neither for cleaning or drinking. The whole hotel stinks and no personal available to support that much people

Para una noche. No esperes descansar bien. Buena localización
Pros:

El aspecto renovado. La ubicación. La facilidad de acceso con apertura de puertas a distancia sin claves (usando el móvil es suficiente).

Cons:

La cama, el colchón se hundía demasiado haciendo el descanso muy incómodo (la combinación de colchón somier no es el correcto y/o el colchón estaba excesivamente blando/hundido), afectando la calidad del descanso.
El aislamiento acústico es insuficiente, ya que el ruido del baño (habitación contigua al baño) se escucha claramente y resulta molesto. Lo mismo ocurre con las voces y/o ruido desde otras habitaciones.
No hay casi luz exterior, la ventana está a demasiada altura y no se puede manipular la persiana.
Si llegas antes de la hora de checking previsto (incluso 1 minuto antes) no puedes entrar, ya que la aplicación no lo permite, solo te da acceso a la hora programada, así que prepara paraguas si está lloviendo y llegas antes, deberás esperar fuera, en la calle (no hay minutos de cortesía).
