Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern! Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Der Waschservice war auch top! Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

This hotel is fantastically located—right in the heart of the old quarter, yet tucked away in a charming alleyway. The staff are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people we encountered during our trip. As vegans, we were especially impressed by their effort to provide delicious breakfast alternatives and their thoughtful recommendations for vegan-friendly restaurants nearby.
The rooms are modern, quirky, and incredibly comfortable. Despite the bustling location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing, which was a welcome contrast to the lively chaos of the old quarter. If you appreciate thoughtful architecture and beautifully designed spaces, you’ll love this place.
We would absolutely return—it was easily the best accommodation we experienced in all of Vietnam.

Everything - from the aroma to the facilities - rooms are interesting architecturally and shower/toilet were great. Bed was so comfy best sleep in Vietnam so far. Towels were lovely, hand soap etc all excellent quality. Lovely communal space with coffee and teas served, games and books. Staff are just so nice. I just loved this place. It’s still in the busy part but like a little oasis down a secluded alleyway. You can’t hear any noise from outside, very peaceful.

Awesome little hotel tucked away in the old quarter. Very efficient use of space and such a relaxing stay away from the chaos of beer street. Would recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Die Unterkunft ist direkt im Old Quarter. Man ist direkt im geschehen und trotzdem kann man Nachts ruhig schlafen.

Danke an Pearl für deinen Einsatz bezgl. unseres Gepäcks. Generell haben wir einen hervorragenden Service erleben dürfen. Pearl kann perfekt englisch und My (die durften wir einen Tag später kennenlernen) kann sogar Deutsch - Sie lernt die Sprache gerade. Wir wurden mit offenen Armen empfangen. Vielen Dank für alles ❤️

Concon House est très bien situé et malgré l'effervescence de Hanoi, c'est très calme. Une belle ambiance contemporaine, des chambres cosy et une literie confortable. Enfin, le personnel est accueillant et disponible.

Right in the centre of Hanoi and near Beer Street. Staff let us leave our bags till we needed to check in and then gave us everything we needed.

Hotel was really nice, clean, and nicely decorated. Fresh distilled water was given to us and a little leaflet detailing lots of different restaurants, activities and things to do in Hanoi.

Special shout out to the shower – after travelling for 2 weeks in 30+ degree heat (when you’re from England), you can start to feel extra sweaty no matter how many showers you take. Water pressure also can be a bit hit and miss in hotels but this one was perfect and we both felt squeaky clean at the end of it.

The staff are so nice and helpful. Concon is tucked away in an alley off the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. The rooms were comfy and spacious. Would stay here again.

Really great location, tucked away from the noise of beer st. Such lovely staff members who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and relaxing.
