If your room means more than just a place to sleep (with earplugs), you’ll probably want some place else.
Pros:

Helpful staff. But with dozens of Booking.com bookings, the Concon House was the only one that lead to spam solicitation where people knew our booking details and wanted credit card info for “verification” or “pre-authorization”. Something weird here.

Cons:

Rooms are tiny small, barely bigger than the bed. Hard to know where to unpack. Noisy area within the pedestrian old town.

Stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi
Pros:

Charming design hotel located in the heart of Hanoi. The room's interiors is very stylish.
The hotel is quiet despite being close to one of the busiest street in Hanoi. The personnel is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Despite the rooms being very stylish and charming their configuration wasn't wery functional, there was hardly any space for opening our luggage. The sink in the bathroom was impractical and will spill water every time I washed my hands, also there were no places where to hang the towels.

Very nice
Pros:

Very pretty hotel design, the staff was really kind and they had cute things that you could buy. The location was exactly in the city centre which was convenient to walk by everywhere nearby but we had a problem with ordering a taxi because it’s a very crowded area. Besides that would definitely recommend

Cons:

The room was very pretty but if you have two big suitcases if was a big challenging to unpack them both at the same time. So if you have a lot of luggage go for a bigger room.

Un hôtel discret et moderne
Pros:

Hôtel de petite taille, sans risque de voir des gros groupes, équipement de salle de bains moderne et agréable une fois que l'on s'y fait , proximité de restaurant dans chaque coin de rue et même d'un ATM,
personnel toujours présent et gentil

Cons:

Un agencement de la.chambre assez unique et un arrangement peu commun des prises et des interupteurs qui m'a surpris (je ne trouvais pas un interrupteur sur le mur), absence de poste de télévision , j'aimerai avoir plus de lumière mais c'était peut être à cause du mauvais temps qui a assombri la chambre

Nice quiet nest amidst a hectic city
Pros:

Staff was the best part - bubbly, warm, attentive. The space was modern and clean which I appreciate. it was also in an alley way so it was nice and quiet. We were on the higher floor so we had a view over the city.

Cons:

The layout was a bit tight to have our suitcase opened both. We wish that the toiletries provided was a bit better - we used our own. The method of payment was through an app which was a bit lengthy - i suggest that the owner sets up Mastercard or visa for payment directly.
