Pros:

深夜に到着したにも関わらず、チェックインを待ってくれていました。ロッテマートにも近く、お部屋も綺麗でとても快適でした！スタッフの方がタクシーまで荷物を運んでくれたりと優しかったです。ぜひまた利用したいです！

Très bon petit-déjeuner au huitième étage avec vue panoramique sur Da Nang.

Cons:

Bon hôtel, mais on pourrait peut-être conseiller à la réceptionniste un petit stage de langues étrangères. Elle ne s'exprime que par la traduction automatique de son téléphone.

Camera grande e pulita. Bellissima struttura con piscina vicina all'aeroporto di Da Nang.
Siamo rimasti due notti e ci siamo trovati davvero bene, ottimo per un viaggio di coppia.

A nice and comfortable stay. Good value for money.
Pros:

The bedsheets n towels were relatively new. The toilet bidet was a nice surprise. The breakfast was simple and nice and the location of the breakfast area was on the rooftop .. a nice touch. Hotel is located very near the Lotte mall where you can find most things.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable stay. Me and my family had booked for a 3 night stay in Da Nang and the staffs here are friendly, even give recommendations on places to eat. Pictures of the room are also accurate and as we expected.

Cons:

There is no enclosed shower in the bathroom, only bathtub without any barriers. We found it extremely hard to get on and off the bathtub, and it was dangerous for elderly folks as it was very slippery.

We loved it. It’s not the Ritz. But for its category and price, it’s an excellent value.
Pros:

The staff is tremendous. Not just friendly or accommodating. Tremendous. They truly strive to meet your every need. An is especially exceptional as is the rest.

Cons:

If you’re on the 5th, 6th or 7th floor, the noise from the restaurant on the 8th floor can be pretty disruptive. But it’s only open for breakfast. So if you’re a morning person it probably wouldn’t bother you.
