Comfortable
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable stay. Me and my family had booked for a 3 night stay in Da Nang and the staffs here are friendly, even give recommendations on places to eat. Pictures of the room are also accurate and as we expected.

Cons:

There is no enclosed shower in the bathroom, only bathtub without any barriers. We found it extremely hard to get on and off the bathtub, and it was dangerous for elderly folks as it was very slippery.

We loved it. It’s not the Ritz. But for its category and price, it’s an excellent value.
Pros:

The staff is tremendous. Not just friendly or accommodating. Tremendous. They truly strive to meet your every need. An is especially exceptional as is the rest.

Cons:

If you’re on the 5th, 6th or 7th floor, the noise from the restaurant on the 8th floor can be pretty disruptive. But it’s only open for breakfast. So if you’re a morning person it probably wouldn’t bother you.

Very much enjoyed my stay!
Pros:

The hotel is really nice. The rooms clean, comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast was great but more towards Asians, it would be nice to have real bread instead of the cheap white cardboard. Their spa next door is great, i had an amazing massage.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved on the continental breakfast side. Location isn’t the best. You have to use Grab if you want to go anywhere

Pros:

We got a room with city view, it was beautiful.

Cons:

Spa facility could be better as there are many other competing Spas in the area. But thats not a miss on Hotel side, hotel was perfect!

前台还是很不错的，看我带着2个孩子，提前给我入住了。隔壁的乐天超市买东西还是方便的。
Pros:

不适合喜欢玩海的家庭，离海略远，需要每天打车往返。

Cons:

有租赁摩托车（但是需要国际驾照）这个服务可以张贴出来。过年期间完全找不到租摩托车的，但是前台说酒店就有。

Pros:

Interior was old and not clean
But the worst thing : we couldn't open the door with our keycard when we came to the apartment and the staff was using special technique then to open our door and was like "we are The dumb and don't know how to do it .
Don't go there you will be tricked and it's not worth it .
