Clean and efficient service.
Pros:

Great facilities, the staff were absolutely lovely. Really nice location that's not far from the city centre, but also only a short walk to the beach. Would rebook again in a heartbeat.

Schöner Pool und tolle Lage am My Khe Beach, aber sehr hellhörige Zimmer
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Pool und sehr schöne Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg super freundlich. Zudem ist die Lage top: Der bekannte My Khe Beach ist direkt in der Nähe, und man findet viele Restaurants sowie Geschäfte in der direkten Umgebung.

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, weshalb ich nicht besonders gut schlafen konnte. Das Internet war zudem viel zu langsam. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend – es war nur sehr basic und bot kaum Auswahl.

It is a nice choice if you don’t stay long and if you don’t have kids with you. I wouldn’t recommend it to families.
Pros:

The location is nice, you can easily walk towards the sea, close enough to the city, good restaurant options near by. The pool is a nice touch, with amazing views and front desk people speak good enough English and are helpful.

Cons:

The room is quite small if you travel as a family, there is no room for clothes besides a few hangers. The extra bed was old, with a bad spring mattress. The pool bar was not working and there is little space to hang around the pool, with towels always missing. The “gym” is not usable, extreme heat, next to the pool, in a glass room with no ventilation and just two old equipments. The breakfast is repetitive and basic, little choice for kids. Moreover the noise from the hallway is disturbing at times.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit guter Lage! Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer. Gute Lage. Betten waren sehr bequem. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und lecker. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Cons:

Poolbar war täglich geschlossen, obwohl sie als Angebot vermerkt ist. Unzureichender Sonnenschutz auf der Dachterrasse.

Pros:

Phòng thơm, rất sạch sẽ, nội thất mới, đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi.
Ở trong khu phố rất nhiều hàng quán ăn uống, đi thẳng khoảng 500m là ra tới biển khá tiện.

It was comfortable and clean. The stuff very accommodating. Giang was very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast is lunch; pork and chicken are a bit weird choice for early morning. But they also had eggs, but we got tired of it every day.

Alles wunderbar . Check-in war schnell und reibungslos (Erfrischungsgetränk inklusive). Zimmer war sehr schön und die Terrasse war das Highlight mit Pool einfach perfekt .Lage ist zentral alles gut zu erreichen Restaurants, Strand.Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen . Kommen gerne wieder danke

Great location, lovely staff. Nice hotel.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Good choice at breakfast.

Cons:

Pool looked bigger on photos and not enough sun loungers. Getting charged nearly £50 for spilling coffee on quilt! Be careful.

Da Nang was beautiful. Room was okay. Staff were wonderful. Hotel lacking in amenities.
Pros:

The staff were very good and breakfast was okay. Great location for food and small shops. Mall within 15 minute drive (grab).

Cons:

No restaurant other than breakfast. No bar open at all during our stay. Pool felt a little crowded. View from room was of a street and construction, couldn't see anything other than street or building across road.
