The room was clean and modem enough and served its purpose as a base to explore Danang from.
Whilst the pool itself was great, the surrounding pool area was small and needed some maintenance/ cleaning.
I had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect—it’s very convenient for getting around, being close to both the beach and the city center. The room was exactly as pictured: beautiful, modern, and had a lovely, subtle fragrance.
The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help whenever needed. Plus, having breakfast included in the room rate was a huge plus. I’ll definitely be back.

Central location, 10 minutes to the beach. Breakfast included was good, decent bit of variety, fresh eggs etc.
Rooftop pool was nice and clean.
Only 2 sunbeds at the rooftop pool which meant it got crowded very quickly. No towels at pool but they were brought quickly. Gym consists of tredmill, bike and one piece of apparatus.
No bs review. The property was a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly, always willing to help, and even opened the front entrance door for guests, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard, and I also noticed that the towels, bed sheets, and even the elevators always smelled fresh and clean which made the overall experience feel well looked after.
I had seen some reviews mentioning noise issues, but I stayed in Room 303 and personally didn’t experience any problems. There were also comments about the air conditioning not being very effective. I visited in February, so the weather wasn’t overly hot, and I didn’t have any issues though I can’t speak for the hotter months. Just note that you need to insert your keycard to activate the power in the room, so the air conditioning turns off when you leave.
Breakfast was good tasty and with enough variety to get you started for the day. It’s not Nobu or a Michelin starred experience, but it’s perfectly reasonable for what you’re paying. If you’re after something more premium, you’ll need to book a higher-end hotel or dine elsewhere. I usually went down around 6:40am, so everything was fully stocked. They don’t continuously replenish food throughout breakfast service, so going earlier is a good idea.
I also visited the spa and had a very nice massage there.
Overall, I have no real complaints and genuinely enjoyed my stay quite a lot. For the price, it offered excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again.
The gym is pretty much useless.
The bar up top also isn’t in use or at-least wasn’t when I was there.
Decent sized room in good location for My Ky beach
Two key things let it down
1) no separate shower from the bath. The shower attachment over the bath could not be adjusted meaning when standing in the bath the water only comes out at chest level. Impossible to wash your hair as a woman
2) pool bar was not operational and did not look to have been for some time. Both days no towels upstairs
Check out was awkward as when they checked the room they claimed 3 towels were missing- these had been taken and not replaced by housekeeping on the first day. We nearly had to empty our bags to prove we hadn’t taken them. If you have items missing due to housekeeping I suggest you report it immediately

The staff were very courteous
The room was far too small. You literally had about 1 foot to walk around the bed. We were travelling around Vietnam for just over a month and we had 2 large suitcases. There wasn't anywhere to store the cases without being in the way. When you had a shower you came out into a space without a door to dry yourself within the bedroom. After 15 minutes we asked to change rooms as we were staying for 4 nights. We were told that there were not any other rooms available! We found another hotel for around two thirds of the price. When I asked for a refund I was told that company policy states no refunds. We were then told that the manager had agreed to show us another room!! We had already paid the new hotel so we left without a refund!! If they were so busy as they originally told us they would of then sold our room again.
I would advise unless you are staying one night steer clear of this hotel. MONEYGRABBERS
