Excellent location, amazing staff, great stay!
Pros:

The location is excellent, with Lotte Mall directly attached to the hotel, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

The staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. A special shoutout to the lobby team, doormen, and front office staff, we truly felt very well taken care of.

The room and beds were clean and comfortable.

We loved it so much, initially we booked 2 nights and came back for another 2 nights

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options. The Phở broth was noticeably too fatty, which was a surprise as I thought it could be done better at a hotel in the heart of Hanoi

Service at breakfast was inconsistent. On some occasions, staff proactively offered hot drinks, while at other times no one approached our table, even as they attended to others. We often had to seek out staff ourselves to order hot drinks.

Все отлично. Вкусный завтрак с панорамным видом на город. Отдельное спасибо персоналу. Мы прибыли очень поздно, но все были очень любезными и внимательными. Отдельное спасибо менеджеру по размещению.

Pros:

朝食のビュッフェがヴェトナム料理、韓国料理、英国料理と種類も豊富でとても美味しく良かったです。
空港へ20分、旧市街へ30分とアクセスがよく、ロッテウエストレイクモールとロッテマートに隣接しているため色んな面で困ることはありませんでした。

Cons:

洗面台の排水が悪く洗面や歯磨きの時にストレスを感じました。

Big, beautiful hotel, closer to the airport.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and spacious. It was much nicer and cleaner than the hotel in central Hanoi. Since it was directly connected to the mall, it made it easy to find a variety of food to eat after a long day of travel and sinus issues from air pollution.

Cons:

We didn't realize that they would need to check our room prior to checking out and we had already called a Grab to get to the airport. Just allow yourself more time for check out.
