Big, beautiful hotel, closer to the airport.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and spacious. It was much nicer and cleaner than the hotel in central Hanoi. Since it was directly connected to the mall, it made it easy to find a variety of food to eat after a long day of travel and sinus issues from air pollution.

Cons:

We didn't realize that they would need to check our room prior to checking out and we had already called a Grab to get to the airport. Just allow yourself more time for check out.

A great hotel perfect for us transiting back through Hanoi

Staff were very helpful.

Great stay for travellers with family
Pros:

Really enjoyed the quality and spread of the buffet breakfast plus the view of the rooftop swimming pool. Likewise my kid also had a good time playing at the kids room and playground.

Situated next to Lotte Mall is also a major plus to us. Very convenient for us to shop and dine over there.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Maybe the room is slightly smaller than expected but otherwise all good.
