Pros:

Hi, the room was quite clean, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I have booked Classic Seaview room, my friend has booked the same, and we both thought that this rooms have bathtub, just because it is noticed in the room information on the web site. But they talled us after booking that this type of room has no bathtub. So I recommend the hotel to make correct room information on the booking.com not to disappoint your clients.

Wunderschönes Resort
Pros:

Der Pool ist absolut genial und die Poollandschaft bietet sehr viel für Kinder

Cons:

Die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind viel zu hoch. Die Speisen entsprechen nicht der Qualität die man für solche Preise erwartet. Wir haben deswegen öfter auswärts gegessen.

Everything else was perfect
Pros:

Hotel was excellent in most areas

Cons:

The restaurant let the place down, constantly getting orders wrong, missed orders, as an example, the main courses coming out before the starters.
Only having one bar open was also a let down for me as it was very windy and the only bar open each night was outdoor

Could be so good if service is improved
Pros:

The pool area and beach are real highlights here. It is much busier on a Saturday and there was a pool foam party with music that went on for 2hrs. It was lovely seeing the children enjoying it though we did book for peace and quiet. The room and balcony were 5⭐️ as was the hotel itself.

Cons:

The bar service is poor, disorganised and wine is overpriced. It can take ages to get a drink and there was only one bar open for the whole place. As much as we loved it we wouldn’t return as they need to resolve this plus the Nook restaurant wasn’t too good either.

Quiet, clean and relaxing
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and there were water stations and afternoon tea facilities available.
The gym was also spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

I was slightly disappointed at the limited beach access and sun bed availability. There was no atmosphere, some music would have been more inviting.

Nice family weekend at an attractive resort.
Pros:

Good location, Great breakfast buffet, very comfortable beds, fridge accessible in room.

We got very good help and asssistance from ms Joyce in the reception team.
Next time we will consider to stay at the ocean villas.

Cons:

It was not a huge problem, but I think that generally it was not enough sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach that belonged to the hotel. Also, it should have been more sun beds near the swilmming pool.

Giường cao quá nên bé nhỏ dễ lăn té đau khi ngủ chung với ba mẹ, ba mẹ sẽ không ngủ ngon do phải giật mình chăm con sợ bé té đau
