We had the best time and can credit some of that to our stay here. Thank you again, this place is special
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally nice. They were kind and extremely helpful could not do enough for us.
They sorted the activities/ tours for us, transport and gave super helpful recommendations about eating and shopping.
Lisa was amazing, what a lovely lady a big asset to this place.
A huge thank you from us, we will be back.

It was the perfect stay in Hoi An. I felt at home and I would stay again!
Pros:

The rooms are very pretty, big and very stylishly decorated. And the staf is Increadibly sweet and helpful!

Pros:

Supermooie kamers met een van de fijnste bedden waar ik ooit in heb geslapen. De vrouw achter de receptie was ook ontzettend vriendelijk. Qua locatie ook helemaal prima. Met 25 min lopen sta je midden in het historische centrum van Hoi An, en als je dat te ver vindt; er zijn ook gratis fietsen te leen.

Cons:

Niks, absolute aanrader!

Pros:

Very lovely room - comfortable, modern tasteful decor, nice to have balcony. Staff working there very lovely, Moui and another lady were very helpful. Free bikes to use. Fairly quiet.

Cons:

Quite a walk into town, around half an hour to get right to the river front. Nice to have free bikes but most were broken and rusty so had to be lucky to get a bike. Breakfast a bit limited.

A cozy and well-located accommodation that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

We had a great stay at this lovely place! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit.

The location is perfect – with the free bicycles provided, it only took a few minutes to get to the night market, and the beach was also very easy to reach by bike. For longer trips, renting a scooter was cheap and uncomplicated, which made exploring the area really convenient.

The atmosphere at the property was relaxed and pleasant, and everything was clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the little extras, like the free bikes, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The pool was absolutely great – very clean and well maintained, perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day in the sun.

Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so comfortable – we’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

Fantastic
Pros:

The breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of different choices for everyone. The rooms were lovely and very clean. Additional the staff were exceptional and very caring during our stay. This is one of the best places I have been!

Fantastic accommodation! The rooms are very modern, clean and well stocked. The breakfasts are very tasty and fresh, with a wide selection of options. Additionally the staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfect!

Great location and the free bicycle hire was a life saver to get around the town.

Was in the room in the basement area and wifi was very poor. Even data couldn’t connect.

Super Aufenthalt
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Hotel liegt nah am Zentrum. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker :) Lisa war die beste Gastgeberin und hat uns super viele Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

Die Unterkunft war gut, Preis-Leistung stimmt.
Pros:

•Direkt daneben hat es einen Store, der 24h geöffnet hat.
•Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, muss jedoch am Vortag ausgewählt werden.
•Kissen sehr bequem.
•Man kann direkt bei der Unterkunft einen Roller mieten.

Cons:

•Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen der guten Bewertungen der Lage ausgewählt. Leider ist es zu Fuss ca. 2km zur Altstadt. •Weiter hätten wir ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick und Kingsizebed gebucht, unser Zimmer war aber gehen die Strasse gerichtet und m.E. war es ein Standart- Doppelbett.
•Es hatte keinen Abfalleimer, ausser im Badezimmer.

Pros:

We had a really nice and comfortable stay at Nam An Mama. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and so helpful. It is a little bit of a walk to the main district, but very manageable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Pros:

Habitación espaciosa, buen diseño, limpio, colchón y almohadas muy cómodas. El personal súper atento. Y Lo mejor puedes alquilar una moto o bici y llegar al old town en 5 minutos. Me gustó el jardín. La sopa de fideos con pollo al desayuno muy rico y sano.

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser más variado y ofrecer más variedad de tés. Sugiero hacerse en las habitaciones de los pisos de arriba con balcón.

Super gelegen nette Unterkunft mit tollem Personal für einige Tage
Pros:

Stilvoll und nett eingerichtete Unterkunft. Das Hotel liegt mit dem Scooter 5 min von der Old-Town entfernt und ist somit etwas ruhiger gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfreich.

Cons:

Das Türschloss war kaputt, was allerdings nicht besonders störte.
