Hình ảnh trên mạng và thực tế giống nhau, phòng sạch sẽ, không gian dễ chịu yên tĩnh, cây cối xanh, có cho mang theo thú cưng, check out/in nhanh chóng, vị trí khá gần biển, có thể đi bộ ra, nằm trên con đường sầm uất, ngay trung tâm.
Nhân viên tiếp tân có bạn nhiệt tình có bạn không. Chúng tôi thuê 2 xe máy nhưng chúng đều có vấn đề, việc hỗ trợ khi rất phiền phức và lâu. Sáng sớm 1 hôm chúng tôi thấy thiếu 1 mũ bảo hiểm, báo cho bạn tiếp tân, nhưng thay vì kiếm 1 cái thay thế cho chúng tôi thì bạn đó ngồi check camera và nói là do chúng tôi làm mất. Và sau rất nhiều thời gian check camera thì chúng tôi đã chứng mình được rằng vào thời điểm cất xe vào tối hôm qua thì vẫn đủ 2 mũ bảo hiểm, nó đã bị mất sau đó. Vì nhu cầu chúng tôi muốn được ở chung 4 người 1 phòng, chúng tôi cần thêm 1 giường nhỏ kê thêm có trả phí và đã báo trước, nhưng khi tới nơi vẫn không có, chúng tôi lên phòng nhận phòng và phải lại để được kê thêm. Nhà tắm nhỏ và không có phần ngăn cách giữa chỗ tắm đứng và bồn cầu, nên khi tắm thì tất cả cùng ướt hết.
We really loved our stay at Aaron Boutique Hotel. The location honestly couldn't be better – it's just a 5-minute stroll to the beach, so you can hear the waves and be in the sand in no time. At the same time, the street is surprisingly quiet, which was a huge relief after busy days out. Everything is nearby: the night market, little local eateries, cafés, and shops. We barely used taxis at all.
The room was another highlight. It's spacious – way bigger than we expected – and spotless. The bed was so comfortable that we actually slept in a couple of mornings (which never happens to us on vacation!). And the air conditioning is A lifesaver. It cools the room quickly and quietly, which is exactly what you need in Nha Trang's heat.
The staff were lovely too – always smiling, always helpful. They sorted out a taxi for us to the airport and gave great recommendations on where to eat. Little things, but they made a big difference.
The pool was a nice bonus – clean and refreshing, perfect for a quick dip before dinner.
All in all, we felt really relaxed and well taken care of. Great value for money, and we'd absolutely book it again. Highly recommended if you want to be close to everything but still enjoy some peace and quiet!

Удобное размещение , близость к морю , городской шум никак не сказывается на отдыхе, вежливый персонал , всегда готовый прийти на помощь , просторные номера , сравнивал с номерами друзей и коллег ни у кого не было столько пространства , завтраки не богатые , но они и не нужны , все кафе находятся в пешей доступности и нет привязанности к времени
Нет ничего для сушки пляжных принадлежностей ( тут проблема многих отелей , из окна видно на соседних зданиях как сушат на перилах балконов ) , стекло ( хоть и матовое , но силуэт от этого никуда не деть ) находится оно в уборной части ванной ( спасибо , что не в душевой ) , семейный номер не должен в себе такого содержать. Очень душно в холле , при заселении не работали даже имеющиеся вентиляторы, а открытые окна не спасали
Good location, hotel staff were excellent, nice, comfortable and clean rooms. The building design is very nice as well. We reached earlier than the check in time, but there was no issues in getting a room immediately.. :)
La décoration de l’hotel est fabuleuse! Le personnel est très aimable et parle très bien anglais. La piscine sur le toit était également très appréciable et pas du tout bondé.
Si je devais dire une petite chose. Les coussins étaient un peu trop haut pour nous et on aurait apprécié quelque chose de plus moelleux.
The staff and facilities were great and swiftness of dealing with the check in, this was a last minute booking due to another hotel nearby falsely advertising the condition and essentially ripping me off for two nights stay
