Excellent property, Great Staff and would recommend it to others.
Pros:

Hospitality by the staff was 5 star ! They arranged a cab back for us to airport knowing we had slight issues with the soundproofing of the room.

Cons:

We were travelling with 2 kids and had booked connecting rooms but they were already given out to another family. So we had to stay in 2 separate rooms. Not much of an inconvenience but not what we had booked.

Ho amato quest' hotel
Pros:

Lo staff è la parte migliore. Tutti disposti ad aiutare, sempre con un sorriso, ci hanno fatto sentire accolti. La posizione strepitosa, vicinissimo all'old quarter ma in una strada non rumorosa. I letti COMODISSIMI!! L'aria condizionata in camera funziona benissimo e è importante dato che fuori fa caldissimo.

Cons:

Non è molto importante , ma mi piacerebbe avere la possibilità di ordinare room service anche durante la notte, credo che gli orari sono un po' limitati

Un super hôtel pour visiter le quartier touristique d'Hanoï
Pros:

Hôtel propre et très bien placé.
Le personnel est très agréable, super séjour.
Petit déjeuner varié, en roof top.

Cons:

La piscine est super agréable mais attention, des angles qui peuvent faire mal.

Good stay in old quarter
Pros:

The location is very good, quite near everything you need, room was very big, toilet was very clean, staff are friendly and overall experience was nice

Прекрасное местоположение, персонал приветливый, но во вторую бронь после возвращения с круиза у меня был номер, где при хождении людей сверху дребезжал шкаф, я пробовала открыть двери шкафа, но особо не помогло, а окна выходили не во внутреннюю часть отеля, а к соседям - частным лицам, у них была собака, которая все время лаяла, в комнату проникал запах курева,, и разговоры, я оставляла на хранение чемодан в отеле, и к сожалению, они поставили на мой чемодан сверху ещё чемодан, корпус треснул в верхней части, очень благодарна персоналу за организацию ремонта (в мастерской заклеили клеем) и компенсацию 20 долларов, мне как раз пригодились для упаковки чемодана пленкой, иначе он мог бы треснуть в месте поломки и вещи вывалились, в итоге хватило на 2 обертывания в аэропорту Ханоя и в Камбодже они. буквально спасли меня, очень хорошо, что персонал отреагировал, но мне пришлось купить новый за 150 долларов и заплатить за утилизацию старого 20 долларов (а Японии, где я живу, утилизация платная)

The staff were amazing, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thank you for everything.

Cons:

Although there were some minor issues with the air conditioning (we were there on the hottest day in Vietnam, and the temperature outside was 50°C), the hotel management and staff did their best to make up for it.
