Adored the pool - so lovely to come back to. Staff were wonderful, breakfasts excellent and rooms superb. Really special hotel.
The staff were amazing, absolutely lovely people, all of them, their professionalism is highly commendable.
The buffet breakfast was just superb, consistently yummy and well presented.
Rooms were serviced daily and job was always well done.
Service all round was typical 5 star.
Nothing really, except I have a pet cringe for mould, so just the mouldy bits in the bathroom tiles could use some attention and that would definitely complete a 5 star rating.

The staff Katherine & Thao Do were supportive, friendly, helpful, kind and warm natured women. The hotel is centrally located with great breakfast and facilities. We had a junior executive balcony room and twin executive room which were both very comfortable. There was also a decent size swimming pool. Although pricey, we would still recommend this hotel.
It was a little bit pricey compared to the rest of the accommodation in the same category.

Location is excellent in the heart of the old quarter. Rooms are beautiful, clean and well equipped. The gym is good and the pool is a nice bonus which can be seen from reception and is close to the bar for drinks. The breakfast is great with lots of choice.
Pool is okay but a bit cool, and no space around or nice view this is simply due to the narrow width of hotel.
Posizione top, comoda per visitare Old quartier e dintorni. Staff professionale e simpatico, pronto per soddisfare le esigenze del cliente.
Sicuramente si potrebbe migliorare la zona attorno alla piscina, praticamente c'è la piscina, ( bellissima) ma non ci sono postazioni tipo sdraio, solo poltrone da giardino, che sono situate tra la libreria e la piscina . Chi ha bambini, o solamente chi si vuole rilassare a bordo piscina, non si può fare. Peccato perché la piscina merita. Un altra cosa che sarebbe dà migliorare, secondo me, è l' ingresso all' hotel. I motorini ad Hanoi sono parcheggiati ovunque, e spesso davanti all' ingresso del hotel ci sono macchine che attendono o portano i clienti, o furgoni che scaricano/ caricano, più i motorini, il risultato è passaggio pedonale ostruito. Anche solo passare con la valigia è un problema.

Staff was exceptional from the moment we arrived through all interactions with every area of staff throughout our stay! Clover was outstanding and checked us in and walked us to our room. Anything we needed durig our stay was bvrought to our room within minutes. The lighting in the bathroom could be a little better (or elsewhere in the room for make up application purposes) but overall room was great and comfortable. The gift we were given upon checking out was so very thoughtful and will always be treasured by us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Polite attentive staff
It was too noisy for my liking. Beds too soft. Sauna steam cost extra to use and not part of hotel amenities. No furniture on balconies.
Very nice hotel with wonderful and very professional staff. Right in the centre of the old quarter, with a cute swimming pool, a decent breakfast, and a good gym. Will definitely repeat if I am back in Hanoi. :)
Ein absolutes Highlight! Wir hatten das Hotel noch spontan zum Abschluss unserer Flitterwochen gebucht und wurden mehr als positiv überrascht! Das Personal war der Wahnsinn. Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar und alle Highlights des Old Quaters sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar
Breakfast was lovely, fresh every day, and the food changes every second day which was great. I would say the egg and pho station was the best thing for breakfast. we had breakfast everyday we stayed.
I would say the pool facilities were underwhelming. It looked better in the image than in real life. I would say though having a pool in Hanoi is still better than no pool in case you're not okay with the humidity. Not saying the pool was bad its just okay. I
