I had a fantastic stay at The Lexington Suites in Vinhomes Central Park. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning panoramic view of the city and Landmark 81 from the balcony. The apartment was modern, impeccably clean, and offered all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchenette. Being located within the Vinhomes complex meant I had easy access to the beautiful 14-hectare park, various restaurants, and a shopping mall right at my doorstep—highly recommended for anyone seeking a blend of luxury and convenience in Saigon!

WORST APARTMENT EVER!! FAKE PICTURES!! NOT VALUE FOR MONEY

Just the location, which is Vinhomes Central 3 . It's not any separate apartment as shown and it's nothing like it in pictures.

Cons:

Our stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing and honestly nothing like what was advertised on Booking.com. The pictures uploaded online were completely misleading and did not match the actual apartment we received. It felt like clear deception from the very beginning.

As soon as we entered the apartment, we were shocked by the condition of the place. The entire apartment was very unclean, with layers of dust everywhere — on the beds, furniture, and other surfaces. The balcony was also extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly for a long time.

Even the bed sheets looked dirty and unwashed, which made the stay feel very uncomfortable and unhygienic. On top of that, the quilt provided was extremely thin and lightweight, offering almost no warmth at night. For all 5 days of our stay, it genuinely felt like we had nothing properly covering us while sleeping.

Another major issue was the complete lack of basic amenities. There were almost no usable utensils provided, and even the few bowls left inside the cupboard were so dirty and unhygienic that we did not even want to touch them. The bathroom and living area were also poorly maintained, and there were no cleaning essentials available at all — no broom, no mop, no proper trash can, nothing that would help guests maintain even basic cleanliness during their stay.

Overall, this was one of the worst apartment experiences we have had. The property was poorly maintained, misleadingly advertised, and completely lacking the basic standards of cleanliness and amenities that travelers expect when booking accommodation. I would honestly not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service! They ignored me for 24hours when I asked for a free cancelation because the apartment that I booked had images of 3 different apartments and I was not sure which one is mine, so my free cancelation has expired by the time I got answered. The apartment was super dirty. Surfaces are sticky and dirty, the floor is unclean. there is visible mold in the bathroom, and there are marks/drawings on the walls. Additionally, the chair on the balconv is broken and potentially dangerous, and the charging sockets near the bed are not functioning properly, and the lamp is broken,
I stayed there a single night and asked for a refund. They forced me to pay for 2 nights instead.
The main probme was that all photos are redacted in the editor, so you can't see how messed up the place is before you check in.
