Great location and very friendly service. The apartment is veeery spacious and clean, great view from the top. The pool is small, but ok for kids.

Cons:

You have to ask for plates and knives and it takes time to bring them.

Pros:

Location is good as close to the beach.

Cons:

Residence suite but there is no tumble dryer. No pots, pans, cutlery, glasses.... very inconvenience. I would not to stay here again.

Pros:

Loved our stay at Continental Residence Nha Trang! Smooth check-in, quick help with WiFi, spotless housekeeping, and a homey setup with kitchen and washer. Perfect central location right across from the beach. Pool is small and beach chairs only until 4pm, but overall amazing service and stay for our family of four. Would definitely return!

Однозначно нужно оборудовать хороший спортзал. В остальном все очень понравилось.
Pros:

Чистота, работа персонала в гостинице, хорошие завтраки, просторный удобный номер с видом на море.

Cons:

Не понравился спортзал. Зал маленький. Оборудование сильно изношенное. Две дорожки работают по 20 минут, после чего перегреваются и останавливаются. Тренажера всего три. Гантели сломанные. В зале нет полотенец. Довольно нелепо для пятизвездочной гостиницы.
Еще не понравилось что на пляже всего 8 зонтиков с лежаками. Персонал на пляже едва говорит по-английски и не старается вас понять. Приходилось брать платные зонтики и лежаки неподалеку у кафе, на них видимо не распространялись ограничения.

Pros:

They went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. I truly didn’t want to leave, not because of the beautiful beach. The hospitality was top notch and everyone was friendly and wonderful. It’s the next best thing to being at home.

Pros:

شقق فندقية واسعه وتحتوي مطبخ وغسالة وكل ما يلزم للعائلة

Cons:

الجو العام في الفندق فالموظفين غير خدومين لا تطلب منهم شيء ويحاولون المساعده على عكس طبيعة الناس في المنطقه
